First time in this store, I loved the many options, especially in socks, electronics, toys, and Easter stuff. Plenty of other fun stuff to browse. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was accessible and clean.

Great little store, all kinds of details from posters to stickers and all of the little things for all ages, posters and plenty of deals for the household. I didn't even get a chance to see it all. It was a pretty busy time and yet fantastic, especially if you know what you're going there for. I'll have to go again when it's quieter so I can see everything. They have quite the variety and a hustling crew to take care of everything for you

Never knew what this store was about. Always assumed they sold winter clothing or maybe they kept the air conditioning turned down way low. Turns out things cost under $5. Who knew? Somewhat disappointed.

I love the items the have for sale in here! Staff is friendly, store is organized and clean and they have a good amount of self scanning check outs so usually there's never a wait in line to check out.

My children absolutely love going to 5 Below and finding all new things. I wouldn't say their quality is great it's okay a step up from the dollar store pretty much. I have been to other 5 Belows that are way better but this is a new location so I will give that to them. The coworkers are extremely nice! They actually began to recognize us as regulars so that actually feels good. We had an altercation with a customer who stole money from us and was very aggressive the one front end assistant was able to break it up and get to the guy to leave she handled the whole situation by herself. She made sure we were okay and even thanked me for protecting my family against this crazy individual. As I was getting my children in the car a 5 below employee approached us and handed us the exact money we said was stolen and we were told that the crazy man left it at the machine and they said it was karma and gave us back our money which was extremely kind and unexpected. The staff ja lovely but I do suggest maybe more security or protection for your employees it was all women on the shift and not saying they can't handle themselves but maybe mixing it up with a few men maybe would prevent customers from acting crazy and combative as much. Definitely need to protect your employees!

It is an interesting store. It's not so much a five below.. there are other more expensive items in this store.I don't know why they call it 5 below .if they have $5+ items as well.Same as Dollar Tree/Dollar Store .they should be called what they are $1.25 store

I love going on this store, more than any other 5 Below I've been to. It's clean, bright, cheery, and something about it just makes it friendlier. There's a great selection and I can always find something I want to buy.

They always have something cool! I love their macrame plant hangers! $3, yes please! Also, cat toys, candy... Socks! Lots of fun things.Also, to the guy who came in, baffled, and said you thought this was a store that sold winter attire and coats and gear...that was adorable, if awkward."No... This is a novelty store.""Then why is it called Five Below?""Um... Probably due to our price point?"

Literally walked over FROM NOWHERE to watch my children and I check out but not the other family who was still there when we left, with equal amounts of items. The employee said she didn't see the other mom and son. Ppl steal, I get it but I have too much to lose to steal from anywhere, let alone 5 below. If you don't want to have cashiers fine but treating certain customers like criminals is not the answer.

New to Queensbury, N.Y.. Friendly staff. Good selections of pool supplies and birthday supplies. They accept Paypal, but there registers aren't updated for it to work. Spoke with an employee about it and hopefully the matter is rectified. It is great to have a Five Below in the area.

Store was fine. Things I went there for were out of stock but besides that it was good. Quick self check out but when my purchase came up "item not found" no one seemed to care so we just went without it.

Seems to be not stocked anytime I'm in, worth driving to the next store in Saratoga which seems to have at least double the merchandise. I've been in the store a handful of times and have seen a single employee the entire time. Never was spoken to by them, you don't even get rung out by someone. It's a self bagging system which is cluttered in garbage and left behind merchandise. Majority of what they carry is unnecessary and poorly made products. Once in a while you can find something great but really not worth it.
