PHARMACY SPECIFIC Would rate zero stars if i could. Sat in line for 30 mins. Only 2 cars in front of me went. Instead of having them go around while they resolved whatever potential issue they had filling their prescription they had the person sit there the entire time and then when i pulled up to the window guess what CLOSING time closed the curtains locked the window without atleast saying sorry were closed or something! Complete waste of my time along with the 4 people behind me. I went in to see if the inside was closed Completely to see if i could get my daughters prescription and they could care less that I waited 30 minutes or not. After 20+ years going to this location I will switch to another one.

Horrible experience! This is the second time that Jeff, the manager, has been rude to me about couponing. If CVS doesn’t want people to coupon, they shouldn’t advertise special offers in their weekly ad. I’m not stupid and certainly don’t appreciate being treated like I am. He and the older woman at the front always act like I’m trying to cheat the store. I was today that I couldn’t stack a manufacturer’s coupon and a CVS crt on the same item. Wrong! Looked it up on the policy. I can. Will not be going back and transferring all our family’s prescriptions to Hannaford. I would give lower than a one star but that’s the lowest they have.

This review is just for the pharmacy. The front of the store is wonderful. I went to pick up a prescription. I was first in line and had 2 people arrive and line up behind me. I stood there for 10 minutes. 3 people behind the counter. One walked past me twice. Not a single person acknowledged myself or the others waiting. Horrible customer service. They just stood huddled together talking while one person filled a prescription.

I understand that your doing covid testing, but the drive thru waiting time is out of control. I'm sick and no I don't want to go inside to get my prescription. Don't think I'll be coming back. My whole family has been sick and this is the 4th time this week I have had to come to get meds and had to wait more then 25 mins with one car in front me. I'm sure your customers would not want me walking by them coughing or sneezing even with a mask on.

While I've never shopped the store very much I can say that the pharmacy is the absolute worst ever! The pharmacist, Kevin has no manners, patience and can often times be very rude. My wife and I have made several complaints to CVS with seemingly no resolve at the store level.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years, always friendly and courteous. I personally meet people everday. This experience I notice it more. My experience I had the other day with the pharmacist was by quite disrespect. I can see how different people judge others by the cover. It was opening time and I had time to wait which I was not in any rush. The pharmacist opened gates loudly but personally I didn't care because I would assume those are tough to open and heavy duty for protection of theft. After everything was opening I could see the pharmacist was disgruntled and I just wanted to pick up my medication and to see if it came over from the doctor. It wasn't and I needed to return a medication that I didn't need to pay for either. He didn't seem to want to deal with it. I could understand that he had probably other important things to do. (No sarcasm, being serious) So the nice lady took care of it for me. After I wanted to know why one medication wasn't covered and the other one wasn't. I had to walk over to him and asked. I explained that I'll call my insurance and doctor to make sure the right one was covered here at CVS. He probably had many things going on but all I needed is his focus for a few minutes of his time. He had short answers to my questions and I wasn't in any rush Thursday morning 9/8/2017. I've see body language ever day and the last question I asked him is when are they opened this coming Sunday. All he did is put out his hand whiles still looking at his computer. I asked him if that meant 5pm. The pharmacist answered me and said yes. I give many people benefit of the doubt but that was by far the most disrespectful thing I've ever experienced. I even tried to keep positive his mood but there but nothing was changing it. I was wearing a T-shirt and tattoos down my arms with raggity shorts. Here's the thing, I wear a suit everday to work and this is the first time I've noticed sense of judging a book. It's not you CVS but it's how people judge. The pharmacist might have something going on in their life but I don't recommend bringing burden to work if that was the case. I won't say his name out of respect of CVS. Everytime I walk in im always greeted with a welcome and smile.

I've used CVS my entire adult life until tonight. The pharmacist was rude, she called me a liar. I've had many issues since coming here but this was the last straw.

I had surgery recently. Didn't think I needed to count my medications...my ANTIBIOTICS. I am now out and obviously cannot drive myself. And live 30 minutes away. Thanks CVS. Shorted me 2 days worth.

Terrible snow removal barely get into parking lot. Drove in snowstorm to get COVID test. Show up and noone to administer no system in place to notify people that they were cancelled. Ridiculous experience
