We ordered 240 bottles from Burch for our wedding favors and could not be more pleased. The company sent us samples for free (packaged impeccably) and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and kind. We placed our order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived so quickly - by the next Tuesday. The boxes were a bit beat up but everything was packaged so well that not a single bottle was broken. The quality of glass is excellent, and so is the price.We're so glad we found Burch and highly recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered many times and always happy with price and selection. This last order the packaging for shipment could have been better, no bottles were broken , but several of the bottle boxes were damaged and wrinkled due to the handling by UPS. Packaged as 4 boxes in a bigger box filled with peanuts, you could tell the contents had been tumbled and the internal boxes were open and some bottles coming out. I understand why bottle boxes are nit glued or taped shut, but maybe a couple wraps of 6 inch stretch film to ensure they stay closed during shipment when packaged this way.

Packed packing that was packed with more packing. 36 bottles, probably at least that weight of packing material. Absolutely nothing got damaged, even with that brown delivery service. Well done! Great value...and the packing....WOW!

Absolutely out-of-this-world customer service. They sent me two rounds of samples for free, with significant communication to assist me with finding just the right products. Prices are unbeatable--even shipping is shockingly inexpensive. When I made a mistake during checkout (forgot to select that I needed a lift-gate), they fixed it for me immediately with no upcharge.
