Been on hold this long so far and that btch keeps getting on and saying please hold and that’s it. Doesn’t even acknowledge me. Now, when you’re working in the hood and you keep doing that and the people you are serving come up to the window and recognize your voice…you might start picking up the phone afterward those encounters. I’m on my way instead of that btch doing this again and again. Now she doesn’t even say a word. Just throws me back on hold. Meanwhile my mom is in PAIN!

I always go to Walgreens to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. I am elderly , me and my aide arrived about 8:30am I left without my meds about 10am they texted me after 1pm and said my meds. Was ready. This was Thursday I can't go back until Tuesday that's when my aide comes back to work. When I go to pay for my items up front I always get this cashier who is very disrespectful all the time Walgreens need to do better long lines cashier disrespectful pharmacy hangs up the phone when you call short you of your pills I'm looking for a new pharmacy and store this store is bad news they also gave me the wrong covid shot I had received that shot already

My complaint is with the pharmacy.Nice employees, but their process needs some overhaul.Wait time is long, many a times, prescription is not ready even after 24 hours and they will make people wait to have it filled after going there the next day.They don't pay attention to the growing line when there 4/5 people working in the back filling prescription. Maybe, they can pivot moving to the register for a few minutes to reduce the line. Lot of complaints are due to that.Again, folks are nice and it's my neighborhood store so did not feel good giving them a 2 :(

I placed a photo order on 12/20 for same day pick up. It told me that my order would be ready after 11:20 am. I called once time around 5 the phone just kept ringing no answer. I called back around 9:20pm in regards to my photo order online it said it was still in progress. A young man answered the phone he let me know that the photo machine was down and that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they don’t do that at that store. I jumped in my car to go to the store. I arrived around 9:30 pm I spoke to Sisma ( forgive me for spelling) he explained to me that the printer was down etc etc and they don’t have magnets. I asked why nobody called to inform me especially if I chose same day pickup. He didn’t know the machine was down etc etc. I was beyond frustrated nobody knew when it was going be fixed and he couldn’t send my order to another store. He conversed with the other manager that was there Ashley she said same thing and try again in the morning. I called the store in the early morning machine was still down. Called around 10 to check the status now the machine is working but they don’t know if they have magnets. They called back and they found magnets and I could come get my order. Then they called me back again asking the photo quantity of my prints.and said again everything ready come pick it up. I arrived to the store after work they couldn’t find my photos so now I am on edge. They then called Ashley back over and Ashley called Brandon. Brandon was able to find my photos and assisted me. My prints were missing the envelopes I ordered them with Brandon went got the envelopes for me and counted them to make sure I had enough. So to Ashley, sisma and Brandon thank you for your assistance! I appreciate it.

This worse Walgreens ever especially the pharmacy. When you call they never answer and this one person picks up and puts you on hold not even hello and never comes back. The lines would be out the store and only one person on the register and everyone in back of the pharmacy talking and walking around. I never have a good experience in person or on the phone. Especially with your medication it's a joke to them.

This Walgreens is the worst. Every time I ordered same day delivery I get 1/4 of my goods. This is my 4th time in this mess with them and the customer service clerk or supervisor gonna tell me well you have to call DoorDash for your refund. Really‼️‼️ this is unacceptable. Why @walgreens offering a service that doesn’t work we paying extra fees and tips to get this bullcrap. Worst store ever.

This Walgreens only gets a star for being in the neighborhood. I call in my prescriptions and more times than not it's not ready or not right. I called at 9:30am my scripts were suppose to be ready after 12pm. I came at 5pm and only some of the scripts were ready. They said they would have the others ready in 20 mins. I came back at 6:30 waited 15 minutes to be told everything still wasn't ready and asked do I want to wait for it. This is my 2nd trip today so I can't trust they will get it done if I don't wait. Is this the treatment people get in other Walgreens in other communities. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. There needs to be better management, organization, or more staff something. This happens 95% of the time I come here whether it is flu season or not. GET IT TOGETHER.

Very very terrible employees. Came to buy some items and wanted to use the restroom but they lied saying they have no customer restroom. How can I come to spend my money and the restroom is only for employees? Never coming back to shop here.

oh i’m sorry is my condition pertaining to my handicap bothering you? female staff makes a possible rude comment directed towards me this morning while i’m trying to hurry up pay and leave to the point her possible sneak diss comment distracts me long enough to loose $5 then i came back just so they knew it was me and glad y’all were further offended so now both our mornings sour without me saying a word while i paid for my item daring someone to say something then i left. tell your staff to maybe keep their rude mouths shut and do their jobs because if the customers and “both times at that” can manage to keep quiet while i spend literally less than 5 min in the store then so can can your dramatic staff because non of you know any one’s health situations to be making rude remarks because you can definitely go through what i’m going through, first time i ever had an issue enough to leave a review, i swear personally it will always be the employees giving me a hard time vs the customers.

If you can help it, go somewhere else to fill your prescription. They don’t answer their calls and after being on hold for forever the call mysteriously gets disconnected. It is so frustrating that at times you have to go into the store only to find out that your prescription isn’t ready and wait until it’s filled. These people will waste your time, moving forward I will not fill my prescription here.

I'm so thankful for the entire staff at this Walgreens pharmacy. I had a terrible experience yesterday with the Walgreens on Merrick Blvd but this pharmacy was able to help me immediately. They answer their phones and they take care of business immediately. I was able to get my dad's insulin pin and needles. Thank you for being a blessing and helping my dad during a serious time of his life.

So annoyed that I came all the way down to this Walgreens to waste my time. I ordered online to print documents and I came down to the store to pick it up. I even received a confirmation email and all. Not only was I waiting a while to even get some assistance but the manager/associate that did come weren’t even helpful. She kept telling me that they don’t print documents. I said okay. If y’all don’t print documents then this store needs to be taken off the store locator on the Walgreens website because why have it up there if y’all don’t print. I ended up decided to just print a photo instead so i screenshotted my documents and converted it to images from pdf. I needed this ASAP so that’s why it was crucial that I have this done today. This lady still kept talking about documents can’t be printed and it won’t look good if printed as a photo and if that’s what i wanna do then… just very unnecessary commenting. I know a lot about computers and printing documents. She didn’t even know that the documents was converted to images. I kept asking to have it printed as a photo and she just kept saying they don’t print documents when I’m not even trying to print a document anymore. It was giving lazy at this point because you just told me earlier that you could print photos and not documents. The document was converted to images so what was the problem now. Then she ended up telling me that the document machine was plugged out and that’s why it’s not working. She should’ve said this from jump. Just wasted my time and wasn’t even listening to understand.

Few weeks ago, I sent order to print photos through T Mobile Tuesday app. They couldn’t find my order, but I always received the reminders from them again and again. Never received send my order to the Walgreens.

This place gets no stars. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. They don’t even answer the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes. When they don’t have your medication you can’t find out until you get there. Then it’s your job as the patient/ customer to either call around to find out who has it, or get you doctor to send the prescription to another store. It’s such a shame what people in black neighborhoods go through for decent health care….

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. This one black girl complained my shirt then as soon as I said the brand she gave me attitude and over charged me on my items. Then wouldn’t give me my receipt and whispered to her coworker that she would fight me…with hands of god he escorted me out of this store so fast I don’t remember leaving.

There is always a long line both pharmacy and the regular check out area in the store. Today I spoke with the Manager concerning the extensive long line in the Pharmacy and I was told there was nothing he could do because workers called out for either vacation or sick. Better Management should be taken into consideration in the Corporate level particularly in this Walgreens- Francis Lewis Blvd., Hollis

Bad customer service, went there to send a package through fedex and one of the employees behind the register was on their phone. While the other told me that they don’t scan QR codes although it is listed as a location that does. Went to another location and the employee at the other location told me that all locations have the QR scanner.

This walgreens pharmacy always mess up my prescription quantity claiming they gave me 9 pens but only 2 pens was in the box. Meanwhile the email from walgreens said there is a partial quantity of 6 but I still got 2 pens still. I asked to speak to a manager and she's telling me it says 9 was given to me. i said that's totally wrong. she said she has to check inventory like im lying or something. They are excellent at giving partial quantities and logging that they are giving full quantities. They need to shut this one down because this is ridiculous. Their attitudes and customer service is horrible.

A young girl working at the customer service desk as you walk in was not professional at all! I needed copies of a court proceedings ! She ask to see it so she could read it. I said no! She ask me what it was. I replied , that was none of her concerns, all she needs to know is how many copies I needed! She was she got very indignant & said then we don't do that here waving me off as to say it was not important to help the customer. Then said to the officer he won't let me read it .The manager pointed me to the check cashing place across the street. I explained to that girl the it was not a requirement for people to show personal information to her to get copies! Then asked if she understands? She never answered, but the officer answers for her! I feel that wasn't his place! He should have let her experience some humility!

If i could give this place 0 stars or even -5 stars i would. First of all, they never do their job they should honestly be replaced by robots. What is the point of even having a job if you aren't going to help anyone? There are 4 pharmacists in the pharmacy their break is from 1:30-2pm but why when i go there all of them are on break at the same time. It doesn't make any sense to me. Then you call to refill a prescription a week before and the week later you go to pick it up and they are telling you they don't have it. Why not call and say that? There is always a line when i go and they are very unprofessional. They give you a run around i highly do not recommend this place. OH and the prices are absolutely outrageous should honestly be shut down.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery, many of the items were missing or incorrect, no problem however I called the store, the manager and someone named Ronaldo was very rude and condescending, hung up the phone in my face and when I called back, continued to hang up. I paid for a service only to be met with such rude behavior, it's not the first time so I'm no longer shopping here. It's that simple
