So I went in last minute to get some hair on my way to salon. I asked for the crochet hair, the lady said next door, where they sell phones etc. As I am in the store the lights start to go out? I ask if they are closing, the guy says we are about too, I still take) my time as I am already in the store. He begins turning more things off, I make my selection ( there isn't much, go to Hair world on Hempstead turnpike Way better selection and service) anyway, he says pay next door, I go pay, I see him leave the store, walk across the street, then come back and open up!! Stay away from this place, all money is green, give it to those that respect yours!! The disrespect, as if I was not going to make a purchase, he was fidgety and inpatient

They have a variety of items from hats, jewelry, cultural wraps that I have not seen in other hair supply stores. I just wish they had more space to display the products, it's quite crammed in the front with displays& items. If they had more space they would be able to openly display all the nice things they have making it easier on customers to see them & possibly purchase.

For some reason are higher than it is everywhere else. The people who own the store are far from welcoming. They watch you the entire time and ask you five times “what’re you looking for?” in the time span of the first ten minutes. Even when you deliberately ask for help, you gesture you to the most expensive product that does nothing for your hair. The lady at the register is rude and only cares about the money they get out of you.

They have liquid henna in all shades. This is the perfect color to use following a relaxer. It is also good for people who have allergies.

I love the beauty supply store they are always helpful and kind the female behind the counter goes beyond to help you with a smile on her face I appreciate the kindness plus they have all the good stuff here

How can your website say you close at 730pm? Called, it took forever to answer the phone, you answered didn't even let me finish my sentence and you told me you close at 7pm and hung up. Ohk, I called at 635pm and I told you I'll be there in 10mins which I got there in 5mins and you are already closed! Not right at all! You should have tell me I shouldn't come then I wouldn't waste my tume running to your store. Unprofessional!!!

The owner of the store watches you the whole time. While I was there she asked if I need help at least two times in the span of at least five minutes. While I was looking at the lashes I picked one up and then she said to put it down by her and other all was very rude.
