It is affordable for low income people. The products sold here are not constant. Unlike other Dollar Tree shop here very essential item like toothpaste couldn't be found where it should be. Then it was found at the back of the cashier, where customers are not allowed to go. So you can't pick it. However, during payment for your items picked up, if you request they gave. By this time you spoiled your valuable time searching them in the shelf. Suggestions: You give a notice at the entrance that toothpaste to be purchased from the cashier.(Cash Counter).

Management need to work on the cashier side , only they keep one cashier taking care of 35 people in the line , No people to help the lady , and one more just restocking this place need to work for an easy check out

3/15/2018Update: I went back and to my surprise there was a total makeover. Seriously day and night. I asked and they are under new management. The shelves were organized a ton a carts available for shoppers. The shelves were a bit bare but I'm sure they will be stocked as they are fixing the isles. Definate improvement, I hope it continues. Hopefully they will start sending the store new products, although I did score some bath bombs which I've never seen there before.2/21/2018 Always messy staff is no where to be found. Horrible organization mess everywhere. One of the worst dollor stores I've been to. Needs better managment and more staff to get the work done.

I told this cashier who decided to take a coworker that I was waiting on the line and I needed to make my bus but she didn’t care and ignored me. When I asked for her name she told me she didn’t have a name. Do better and hire better employees

Super disgusting girl ever I met I swore I went thr to bought mi son’s birthday party stuff and that girl took me first n than she took another customer I was like what the hell is going finish me first than take another customer and she start fighting with me for no reason n said I’m manager I don’t wanna take you bla bla super pover customer service I think she’s sick of her mind

This store is horribly messy and seems to get worse every time I visit. I don't mean it's just untidy or there's a few things out of place or askew, I mean that oftentimes their shelves are just piles of jumbled product. I visited at noon in the middle of a weekday and barely anyone was there, so it's not like there was a massive rush of people wrecking the place with careless shopping, and their stationary section was piles of unmanageable damaged goods. I spent a few minutes trying to dig through it to find some index cards but eventually gave up and went to the local 99¢ and up shop a block down. I probably should've gone there in the first place everything was well organized and tidily stacked.

It’s one of my more preferred locations. Parking can be tough depending on day and time due to the laundromat but this location is usually stocked with items. Staff has gotten better over the years. Convenient location.

very good store! went in with my family of 6. we all had a very fun time at dollar tree. they had a r pretty decent selection of isles and an awesome frozen section. found all the rare little frozen dinners that i can’t find in my neighborhood. got a few little nick nacks and we were very satisfied. the lady at the check out was very kind with us and it was an all out awesome experience. i recommend going here, very fun!

Great experience. This location has a lot of variety and it's very spacious as well. Bonus is that they have a parking lot at this location so you don't have to stress at all about street parking. Staff is very helpful but hard to distinguish from customers since they don't wear any uniforms. Overall a great place and you can't beat the price of a dollar!

Very packed and busy. However everything was clean and orderly. Checkout process was quick enough, despite a long line. I was looking for toothbrushes for my kids and they had a wide selection. Parking is available front of the store which made life easier as well.

Worst manager ever I have seen. I went to buy something that come in two pcs, and someone put 4 pcs together instead of individual. I gave the item to the lady and she started to charge me individually for each piece. I told her that each don’t have barcode that means they come in pairs. She ripped the tag and said she’s the manager and I should go somewhere else. She thought I was trying to steal those. I got mad left the store and told her that she’s the worst manager, she couldn’t do this to someone who’s tough and big. Then I realized she’s not the owner, who the hell is she to tell me to go another store. I went back and bought whatever I wanted. This is the second time she did it, why she does that? She talks rudely. Second time I went with my camera on to catch how rude she is, but she was lucky because it was another person who rang my items.

My first second 5/5 review. Nothing else to say but exquisite. I absolutely love this place. It’s like a second home. Everything you may need will be here. And it’s all a dollar. God bless dollar tree.UPDATE: Tragedy has struck. It is now a dollar 25 cents. I don't know if I can do this anymore. My heart aches.

This store needs to hire more staffs. Always crowded with one cashier and empty shelves.Always in Minority neighborhoods!!Store manager Elaine?(On 10/28/21 at 5:30 )so unprofessional and rude. She has no business working with customer. She took my purchases out of my bag to count because I question an item that I was charged for but was not in the bag. She refused to put them back in the bag and told me that I needed to do it myself. Another cashier came over and put them in the bag. When I got home I realize she left one of them on the counter.

This store is embarrassing. The store is unkept. Its a mess. I had to leave, I no longer wanted to purchase anything in this store. Needs better management. Who woukd let this store look like this and think its OK. I asked the cashier where is the manager. Why does it look like this in here. She says we need more employees. Yet there were no hiring signs in the window. To even open doors and think people should shop here is totally disrespectful. How can you shop when the shelves are empty because the merchandise is boxes up sitting in the asile. I didn't want to walk down the aisle I was scared I would hurt myself. Do better in our neighborhood or take it somewhere else we demand better.

A ton of items you can find there for about a dollar. Even most of the food there is a dollar. It's really amazing with their prices. The only negative thing about the area is that you have a bunch of horrible drivers who park sideways behind cars in the parking lot so they can claim insurance fraud. Be very careful of these scum bags.

This particular store is a good one packed with alot of stocks. I got all I had in mind. I was so excited. Their staff too are courteous. However, the store was littered with alot of empty packets littering the floor. The outside too was unkempt. They do not have enough packing space compared to the number of people coming to the store. These down side made me to give 4 star. Otherwise they would have merited a 5star.

Its great, but their are times where not all of the things you want will be at this certain store, so just be sure to look out for that. Other than that its a good store to get the things you want for a cheap price! Also, don't forget to bring a mask, you will need that if your going anywhere.

Location: Dollar Tree, 214-50 Jamaica Ave. Female Employees seem so unhappy as if its the customers fault they had to go to work. I left my credit card in the car just gassed car up and communicated I need to run to the car. I was literally parked at the front door. The cashier made no eye contact and did not respond. She just picked up the phone and called for someone(rude!). When I returned she was organizing and screamed out Really! Really!. I guess because they voided the 20 items and she had to ring things up again. So unprofessional. I love Dollar Tree . However, his is not my favorite location so I spend very little here. I wonder if they give training to communicate with the public. On another occasion another female employee was yelling at a tiny man that reached over her while she was stacking the freezer. Full-blown cursing and making an unnecessary scene. I really felt sorry for the man, but embarrassed for the employees and establihment.

Recent finds nice home decor...simple picture frames with cute quotes. 2 liter sodas such as 7Up, Sprite. Lines were not as long the last two visits. Friendly staff.
