Was picking up medication. The light black skinned worker, with a ponytail and brown eyes had no sense of manners. Kept looking at other customers when I was directly speaking to her, which was disrespectful. I asked her that I have two more medications, and she proceeded to say just stand at the side and ask the “emergency pick-up,” didn’t ask me with the same name or different name. She was so quick to dismiss. Lazy work, and beyond miserable. People like that shouldn’t be handling customer service.

I used to leave in queen village that was 8 years ago and this CVS was one that you could’ve count on to have items in stock and to answer calls. I kept them as my pharmacy for my meds and this week has honestly been the worst in regards to answering calls in the pharmacy dept I’ve been placed on hold on many occasions and since last Friday 4/16 haven’t heard from them in regards to the availability of the medication. I hope that their communication and availability gets better.

THE WORST CVS location!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single worker is miserable, including the pharmacy staff, which is by far the worst. They are extremely slow. The lines are always long and half the time they have no idea what you’re talking about. No one wants to help. I recommend you do not go here and pick a different location. There’s also always homeless people standing outside, begging for money. If you can go somewhere else, please do.

Incompetent organization where it’s nearly impossible to talk with a human on the phone if you want to ask about your medication. The automated system wastes your time for 10 minutes and then when it transfers you to a human it makes you wait 5 more minutes and then just cuts the call for no reason. This happened 3 times in a row, I was only able to talk with a human once I lied to the system about what I was calling for.

I hope everyone working in the cvs pharmacy that slams the phone down on you every single time you call gets the worst case of diarrhea. I truly hope they suffer more than any child of war. The most incompetent and disgusting staff I have ever seen. You work customer service do your low wage job like the low wage monkey you are.

CVS should stop people from throwing food for the birds in their parking lot.. The Humane Society, which loves birds, clearly has stated that humans shouldn't feed birds. It interferes with the relationship they have with the trees. And it's not healthy for the birds to be so close to the ground where cars can drive over them. The food that people throw for the birds attract pests and bugs. Furthermore, the birds spread disease. It is not safe or sanitary. I complained about this issue in the feedback link that CVS emailed me after a purchase in the pharmacy section, which resulted, in an angry confrontational phone call from the male pharmacist saying that such a complaint doesn't belong in that section. Where does it belong then? You have to park the car to get to the pharmacy section. I was counting the entire experience, not just the back of the store where the pharmacy is. I am entitled to my opinion. If CVS didn't want to hear it, then they shouldn't have sent me an email with the link asking for feedback. In any case, they made me very uncomfortable telephoning me at home and yelling at me, so I decided to cut off all contact with them for several weeks. Eventually, I started going back. I did see that particular pharmacist once more and he did try to be nice, but then I haven't seen him since. The other people who work there seem more calmer, especially the lead pharmacist since 2023. But the store still seems understocked, compared to the CVS that's in New Hyde Park. And they still let random people go into the parking lot to throw food for the birds, creating an unsanitary condition. In 2024, they did put up notices at the pharmacy section saying not to feed the birds. But I don't see how that's going to help, because the people who come to the pharmacy section to pick up their medication are not the same people who feed the birds in the parking lot and leave, never entering the actual store. CVS needs to put up larger signs with stronger wording in the parking lot, saying there is a camera there recording their activities.

Worst pharmacy, they never answer thebphone, will keep you on the line then slam the phone. Back and forth for prescription, not ready, very rude. Best Pharmacist is Gloria who works at night, she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

no sense of customer service at all in the pharmacy. so rude. It's a 24hr pharmacy, isn't it? why is the pharmacy closing down "for break" in the middle of the day? Take staggered breaks then. What good is a "24hr pharmacy" that's not open when you need it?

Wish I could give 0 (or less) stars. This pharmacy is the absolute worst !! They never answer the phone, even when I used the provider prompt. The app and my regular CVS (in another state) can find my Rx, but the idiots in this store are clueless.

Avoid this location at all costs, as the staff here is both incompetent and dishonest.I made a purchase at a different CVS , and received 2 coupons. One for $3 off $18 worth of shampoo. And 40% off any item. I bought 2 11.29 bottles of shampoo, and a stick of deodorant. At the self-checkout , the coupons would not scan. They would not scan at the register either.First, I was told that it was because it was from another CVS , When this lie did not work, I was told the shampoo has to be "Regular" , and not nice shampoo. I guess the 40% off coupon could not be for "Nice" deodorant. This was this location's excuse for non-working scanners.Two staff members stood at the counter and flat-out lied. Don't go here, a deliberate effort will be made to cheat and mistreat you.

Pharmacy is the worst. Never helps customers with their medications. And if you ever need to get in touch with them over the phone don’t bother. They keep you on hold for at least 30-40 and eventually hang up the phone without giving you the chance to speak to anyone.

The pharmacy tech/pharmacist never picks up the phone or they pick up and hang up the phone, Very unprofessional. Within 1 hour I called 20 times and no one answer. They’ve been picking up and hanging up the phone. So unprofessional and childish. This place is terrible. They should shut the pharmacy department down. Seems like no one wants to work. They never have the medication and never keep us updated. I don’t recommend coming here.

No one ever answers the phone here.Also my prescription went one month without being filled, even though I had got a notification a month earlier that it’s being processed. So many staff in the pharmacy and still so many errors AND no one answers the phone. Also, Ali is extremely unprofessional, starts flirting with young female Hispanic customers, and acts like he’s in high school. This whole store is a disaster. AVOID

Pharmacy staff can be combative and unpleasant at times. Asked for my medication and they handed me one out of the two I was prescribed. When I asked about it they said that was all there was and they received no other. One day later I get a message regarding my second medication being ready.

So. In order not to disclose my protected Health information I will focus on Pharmacist Tony . He goes above and beyond to try to help. He may not get the results you want but he will compromise and spend the necessary time to explain things without being judgemental and after explaining he will try his hardest for you. Big changes at this CVS location. For the better!

Today is Friday, October 7, 2022 and it’s 9:21 AM , I was just talking to a lady which she seems like she is from And the Lady said hold on and then I was talking to a man and then he checked and he said no there’s no prescription there’s nothing at all and instead of him saying bye he just hanged up yeah that Pharmacy has not changed is very rude like always I think the people that they get hired there don’t really wanna work with the customers or they don’t get paid enough to handle all the customers and the phones not ringing since I lived there in Queens Village this pharmacy always has a problem is the worst CVS pharmacy that I know compared to the ones in Long Island it’s a very different Maybe the manager should be a little bit more in the store and looking at the people that answered the phone and the pharmacies instead of taking the day off.

This CVS is always been a one-stop shop. The pharmacy staff is very helpful. They accept almost all the insurance is I know of. They take EBT credit cards you can buy gift cards here there are lots of greeting cards. The pet products and the beauty products and the family planning products are all in stock and well displayed.

Really poor customer service. I was trying to print some documents. Called the guy in the counter 3,4 times but he was busy chatting with his fellow employee ignoring me. Do not recommend printing your documents here at all.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! Tony at the pharmacy was awesome and really nice when giving me my flu shot and there was no wait! Reggie at the cash register was a rockstar- there were a number of people checking out and he was directing people to whichever self checkout was open and checked me out when they were full. Even though there were a number of people there was no line because he was so efficient— and very pleasant while doing it! Great experience!
