I went there to purchase some rat traps but they were not in the Back corner on the right side of the store, where they had been for years.I wandered up and down the aisles for quite some time and eventually went to the front counter to get assistance from a clerk.She was able to take a few minutes of her time and help me find out where the rat traps had been moved to which was now in the front left corner of the store.At the end of the day I got what I came there for so I was really happy.

Nothing remarkable to report. The people are always helpful. The store is well stocked. Good location being just off 81. Plenty of close parking spots. Only place in the area with designated Veteran & Active Duty parking spots.

Went in to buy a chain saw and a trailer when I asked about the warranty on one of the products I was given attitude for not looking it up online was frustrating but I let it go. I then asked if they had a saw in the back that was not a display and they did so I was going to take that one. the person helping me couldn’t get it down and asked if I could so I did no big deal. i proceed to ask for a chain for the saw that was locked up when they could not get the lock undone they completely walked away to help other people .so I left without spending a dime there and will probably never go back very unprofessional

I absolutely love this store. They have all your pet needs as well as your farm needs. I got a great winter jacket there at a really great price. Cheaper than if I went to the Burlington coat factory! Lol

Worst service!! Went in to buy the LAST pellet stove they had and after listening to LINDA bark at the employees, requested prices. She proceeded to walk back up to the stove after disagreeing with me that it wasn’t a King, finding out it was, walked away from my husband and I. The clerk looked at me and lifted her hands to which I replied “ I have no idea”. She spoke to Linda who decided to walk back over and give me the price. My husband had just walked out because he was so disgusted at being treated in such a manner

Called ahead for a stock tank, said they had them. Drove an hour because the closer stores said they couldn’t order them. “Why??”I arrived, purchased, and found out they had massive dents and holes in them. And apparently they knew they were damaged but didn’t mention to me until I had purchased.The lady who helped me was very nice and refunded me, but my day was wasted trying to work with them.

The smoker grill less than a year ago that had a manufacturers warranty of one year. It was even ambers smoker grill. Even embers has been an email back and forth for a few months trying to help me fix the grill. The grill is not flexible. Even numbers is not honoring their warranty and tractor supply, who told me if even numbers didn't help me to come back, has also refused to help.$325 wasted at harbor supply a huge corporation that refused to eat the cost of the replacement.

The customer service has went down hill since the shift in employee's. Is a great place to go to get feed parts or pretty much any farm or outdoor equipment you might need but the unhelpful staff have made this harder to acomplish. This was a great store and does a lot for the local community but the service is no longer what it was a year ago.

Went there to return a coat I bought for my son online. The lady there insisted i needed the paperwork that came with the coat (absolutely nothing came with the coat) i told her nothing came with it but she didn't believe me i showed her all the emails I received nope not good enough! 😡 so I went to the oneida, NY store the guy there took good care of me and even gave me a 10% discount for the grief his "coworker" gave me I will never go back to pulaski, NY again even tho it is the closes one to my house

Had everything we needed.. But i had deleted their ap so i lost out on their 10% discount. We had spent over $600.00. They did see our name and address in their computor/register. Just because i do not shop on line i earesed t heir ap. So i lost out of a $65.00 savings. I live on a senior citizens income $1,037.00 a month. I really could have used that savings.

Last July, I had to help my dad haul a trailer back down to Raleigh.We ask where the tires for the trailer are, and the employee walks us right back over to where they are.Excellent store, you should go to this location (way better then the tractor supply in selma nc)

The people are usually always friendly willing to help knowledgeable in their area that they need to work in prices are decent on most things I generally find whatever I need when I'm here their animal friendly and do allow you to bring your dogs in buy the product options
