They price gouge,their quality of meat is awful! This store caters to all of the out of towners who come here for fishing,camping,etc and their prices are ridiculous, they tore out the deli and switched most of their lunch meat to boarshead without one bit of input from the shoppers or maybe they did..the out of town shoppers!

I love shopping here for my meats and milk, and the little racecar shopping cart is my favorite 😍 the kiddos always ride in it even if I gotta nonchalantly follow it to a cart return area in the parking lot 🤣

This Tops is very nicely organized and the staff is helpful. They also have a good selection of produce. Please carry more organic produce.

I just wanted to say thank you to the bakery department and the Baker in particular who made this cake possible for my daughters birthday party. She absolutely loved it! Seriously thank you all so much for making this happen you have no idea how grateful myself and my family are for this. Once again thank you Pulaski NY Tops we will be doing business with you guys again soon!

They have some things. Some things, they don't. Employees are friendly. So why 3 stars?The prices are absolutely insane and ridiculous. And that's if you use the membership card. This area of the state is not affluent. Joe Biden has messed things up, but this is insane.My guess, they see a lot of benefit cards. If that's the case, and it is the reason for the prices, people need to take note. This is little more than another tax on the working class.

The food is amazing, especially the doughnuts. Yes, there are issues ONCE and a while with moldy fruit(mostly strawberries) but it doesn’t happen often even rarely. Most damaged products are because of people messing with the food/packaging. I do work here and can confirm that customer service and all employees are friendly and respectful. To those saying otherwise, maybe you are the reason they are a little annoyed with you. I had an experience with a customer at EZ scans and it wasn’t pleasant. I tried be nice in that situation, but they wouldn’t pull through and disrespected me. That did affect me for quite a while. This is my perspective on how the employees act/are considering how the customers act themselves. Overall, amazing store! I love going here even before I started work :) Nice job Tops!

This store was a private owner so it was smaller than normal with the normal high prices you see in the larger stores. This was better before tops took over. The owners are great people.

We need another market here in pulaski not a damn car wash. And it's sad when a 57 yr old person can't buy beer or 🚬 without getting id scanned cuz the person selling 🚬🍺 can't look at id as do the math...what ever happened ti the days of be born before date & they look at the id...even sadder is they don't even ask for id to buy lottery tickets...i try to shop at other places other than Tops

I usually shopped at tops at least once a week if not more because they are close. That is the only reason to shop there. There prices are high unless you follow the ads and even then they are still high. I still have to drive to Watertown to do my actual shopping due to their high prices and due to the fact that their produce is not always that fresh and I absolutely will not by any seafood there because I got bad haddock there. It smelled so bad I didnt even cook it. It was discusting. The only thing they used to have going for them was that their service was always good. Until today. Today the cashier we had was rude and you could most definitely tell she did not want to be there. Either that or she is just rude by nature. I dont know but what I do know is since I have to drive to Watertown to do my normal shopping and to get fresh produce and seafood anyway I will now be doing all of my shopping anywhere else but Tops in Pulaski...for that matter in the future I will no longer shop at any Tops again!!!!

On a hopping-busy Sunday, I was going to stop at Tops for a couple of things for a recipe. The parking lot was packed. I decided to come back later. I called Tops customer service in Pulaski to ask if they carry pine nuts before making the drive. I'm thrilled with my Tops Friendly Market anyway, but I was just so impressed with the effort put forth to get me a correct answer. (I had bought pine nuts at Tops before, but was afraid maybe they didn't carry them year round.) The young woman checked in produce first, but they weren't there (they were once). She came to me with the new location. She provided the aisle number, the side of the aisle they would be found, and the price. Awesome job!! Very happy.

The prices are higher then anywhere around. Been here at 6am multiple times and the doors aren't open even though hours are 6am- 12am. Horrible service. Unfortunately.they know their the only grocery store other then Aldi unless you want to drive 30 minutes.

got seafood salad it was very dry hardly any celery in it got home had to put mayonnaise an celery in it to serve for supper. I might as well have picked up crabmeat an made my own definitely not worth the price of it. Only one cashier besides express line had a few people waiting in line the boy that was cashier was more interested in talking to the girl bagging the groceries I had to remind him twice about the coupon on the meat. He got real snappy with me said that he was going to take care of it very snotty. The customers behind me told me right in front of him the same thing happens to them they get home an find the cashier never takes off the coupon

Since there are only two grocery stores in town, this is usually my second choice. Pretty pricey but do have a large selection of items. Things that they don't carry at my first choice store, I can get here. Store is neat and clean. Employees are real friendly.

My rating of the Pulaski Tops is more appropriately a 4.5 star rating but unable to give fractional stars. Overall, the store is kept clean, it's well-stocked, well-managed, and from what I have experienced, the majority of the staff are dedicated and hardworking - I'd say top notch. These folks are always scurrying around ensuring the shelves are stocked, and spills promptly mopped. The cashiers are pleasant, accurate and quick. Nothing's 100% all the time, but Tops is very good in my opinion. Any concerns I've had, and I've had a few minor things -- (like a small carton of half and half that went bad a week before the expiration date, they resolved my complaint promptly once I brought it to their attention.) I am not related to anyone in the store, I don't know any of the management team or store associates on any kind of personal level. I am in the store almost daily and therefore think I can give a fair assessment as I'm there at all hours of the day/evening, most days. I am also extremely pleased that they have expanded their organic (no pesticides used), non-GMO (genetically modified organisms) product line. I hope more people become aware of the importance of eating and demanding foods that are clean (free of pesticides) and pure (heirloom quality, non-GMO) produce.

Most things are fresh, just watch out for the brownies. They were so dried out they crumbled when trying to cut them. They were inedible.

Check all produce, can goods and be suspicious of the food sold there. They sell dented can goods, molded fruits, and contaminated frozen food. Twice I have gotten food poisoning from "hot pockets" from this store. Always check the expiration dates. If they have it on sale it is probably already gone bad.

Such a terrible store. First of all their prices are so high,rude employees especially customer service,spoiled smelling sea food. Plenty more....Would rather drive to Watertown or shop Aldi.

I give 3 stars for only one reason , false information on their web page .They say on their page that they cash money orders but they don't .They claimed that their coinstar buys gift cards it does not .But very friendly staff and always makes right any mistakes made like overcharging with a gift card . Very respectable other than the lies on the website .

I prefer this tops over the one in Mexico produce is better selection and fresher, and the prices seem to be a little cheaper

Spacious, well stocked market for a small town store. I was able to find everything I needed and get in and out quickly. Good experience.
