The prescription delivery is horrendous they have tried saying that they showed up to deliver to my place and when I looked outside there was no fresh tire tracks or footprints in the fresh snow this most recent lie about trying to deliver and there is no set time when they will show up a couple of deliveries it was after 8pm and once it was a normal hr around 6-63 but I wouldn't recommend using the delivery from these idiots unless you have no other choice

Overall a decent experience.They had everything I needed every time I went there and the workers are friendly and helpful . A lot of things there are overpriced compared to other stores though but that's to be expected I guess

Here’s the thing- my prescription this month is on back order, that’s not the pharmacy’s fault and I completely understand that, that’s not my issue. However, in previous months, it’s CONSTANTLY a struggle with this particular kinneys. My prescription will be in and available, verified by my doctor, and they’ll tell me it’s not. I have them check again- oops, it’s there. Once, I get it, mistakes happen. But every single month? There is always something. The older woman who I always speak with is rude as all get out as well, all the time. I don’t know if she has preconceived judgements or what, but she is constantly rude and condescending. She interrupts when you’re trying to speak and ALWAYS interjects before you’re even done talking. I let it go the first 3 times it happened, but this time I’ve had enough, and I will admit I was very blunt and firm, coming from a place of frustration because it’s always an attitude with this woman and as a customer I refuse to keep taking treatment like that, especially when it comes to medication. She could benefit from possible etiquette retraining for certain. As someone who works in the medical field, and two months away from graduating a nursing program, when it comes to patient medications, it’s nothing to be rude to someone about. I have also 16 years experience in customer service; and there’s a right and wrong way to talk to customers, and I don’t think she quite grasps that anymore. Again, this is not about the prescription being on back order, I can figure out a solution with my doctor in that aspect, it has nothing to do with the pharmacy itself and they aren’t to blame, my frustration comes from for MONTHS now, this woman is so incredibly rude and disrespectful, and it’s always a run around with her- even when the prescription is there. I’ve had others in the pharmacy who have been wonderful, but I always seem to get stuck with her, and I dread it every-time. Not that it matters in the big scheme, but it really sucks having to now switch pharmacies somewhere else further away, because I am just so, so tired of this woman. Please, teach her to do better.

I have been using the Pulaski Kinneys for 25+ yrs. Mark & most of the staff in the pharmacy & the store are great. They're always helpful, professional, & upbeat. There are a few of the young people working the pharmacy that tend to be cold & dismissive. Never, of course when Mark is there. They tend to be weekend workers that strike me as college students or fresh out of college people.Other than that, I do get very aggrevated when meds I've taken for yrs are not ordered upon the pharmacy running out of them until I need my next refill. My insurance coverage will not allow them filled even 1 day early so when I can get my refill I need it that day. When it needs to b ordered I miss 1-3 days of meds depending on how long it takes for them to finally get to the store. Those missed doses cause my health issues to flare up. Once that happens it takes a few days of being back on my meds for my symptoms to subside. I do not understand why when they hit the last of their stock they do not immediately order more in preparation for the next prescription. I can't help but wonder if they have more business than they can handle in such a small workspace.Maybe it's time to give the pharmacy a bigger share of the store. They handle the bulk of business there but only have a small fraction of the square footage to work in. Doesn't make any sense at all.

They are not capable of getting it right. I live 30 minutes away from this pharmacy (other pharmacy is just as far) My medicine is an injectable type and every time I fill my prescription (5th time this year) they add the needles but no syringes. I cannot in good conscience recommend this pharmacy.

Being in my 70s, I've found Kinney's curbside pickup an absolute blessing! I call in my list of odds and ends and pick them up outside...all bagged well and brought to my car. The staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful.I highly recommend that any seniors that feel it best to avoid contact with the public, make use of this service.

I am only rating the pharmacy as I don't shop there for other items. Their prices are way too high in the store. The pharmacy I have used for years though for my family. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient at their job. The pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and are very informative. If you do have an issue or problem, they have always done anything they could to help me solve it in my best interest.

So we went in there to buy a whole book of scratch-offs right? My husband walked in without me because I wanted to sit in the car and eat. So the cashier was all like you have to get your wife to do this transaction because it's her card. He did that and then he was getting the money back for the scratch-offs we won on. Then the other cashier Sam or Samantha or whatever was all like oh I don't feel comfortable giving out that much in Lotto. So I was all like let's just get out of here since they don't want to sell the whole book. So we did and that made us have to go somewhere else to get the book. Very dissatisfied didn't like her attitude. I personally I have a little inkling that she was trying to get my husband for herself by "defending" me so definitely not going back for scratch offs anymore!!!

Love the service from mark and his team, but hate that they are sending so much out to central filling. Call in a script and need it today and it gets sent out and won’t be here for a day or two. Same when doctor sends script in they seem to always send it out. If I wanted to wait Day/days I would mail order it.

I will be switching all my meds to another pharmacy. When scripts get sent from a hospital electronically means you need the scripts now, not in 2 days! You are playing with people’s lives! Then to have to argue with them and go back several times to finally have them fill it is ridiculous! Why are you sending scripts out to be filled, the whole purpose of a pharmacy is to get drugs filled when you need them.

Everytime I call to have my prescription ready so I can pick it up they tell me it will be ready and then when I show up it's never ready they always tell me 20 minutes. I will be switching pharmacy's.

Great pharmacy but please update your hrs this is twice I've made a trip out only to find hrs are not correct with what's posted on Google wich is verry frustrating when you live 45 minutes away but I refuse 2 change due to respect and good service I receive from most of the pharmacists

Call a head and get told meds gonna be ready in ten min so wait 30 mins before heading down get told 10 or 15 mins plz drive around I do that like 4 times every time I go there I need to switch pharmacies and then when ya in the store there is two that are with out a doubt higher then the cloud when you walk in
