Deaton's Agway has some older chick's from previous batches of baby chickens...call me Crazy, but I prefer these gauky feather-heads. I figure if these babies can survive and do weĺl for a couple of weeks in a stock tank at the Agway, they are probably plenty robust enough to live and thrive on free-range forage once they have grown pat the point of needing heat once they are home. So far, so good!

Very fair prices staff is very helpful. they will go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what you're getting into well purchasing animals . the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the smell in the store due to all the live animals .

Needed pet medication for my dogs ear infection and our Vets office was close. They showed us what we needed and our dog is back to her self and is ni longer infected. Thank you 5 out of 5 STARS.

Deaton's chick days are the best. The birds are very well taken care of. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and caring. We have been buying all kinds of birds and other products from them since we moved up here three years ago. Definitely deserves more than five stars!!

Staff is very friendly we always enjoy going there especially during chick season they always seem to have a lots available even ducks and turkeys. Prices are lower then most feed stores

Most every time I go there I leave empty handed. Pore at keeping things in stock. I've been there about twenty times and have left with what I needed 5 out of 20 time's. Not worth wasting my time

I really like that they have so much stuff to see and buy at good prices.But it seems like every time I go there. I am overcharged. The girl is in such a hurry to write everything down. That she makes mistakes. And they are always in their favor.

Deaton's Agway in Pulaski, NY, is a real good place to do business with. They (the employees) there will help you find what your looking for, if you can't find what your looking for. Their prices on their products are quite reasonable too. I would definitely check them out, I sure did and I was quite impressed with their place of business.

If I need smaller portions of bulk chicken feed, this is where I get it.I also get bales of straw for winter so feral cats stay warm.

Went looking for fish for my fish tank, they had several tanks that named the fish and the price but there were no fish. Not a good thing.
