Large and very clean trailer parks. Drivers, keep clean. The Velcom center is also very beautiful design and ideal cleanliness, both the hall and the rest room. Out side you see picnic tables.

Well-designed rest area complete with vending arcade and informational room. Water fountains at two different heights and clean bathrooms. Pleasantly illuminated inside and lawn neatly trimmed outside. There are some picnic tables and benches. Parking is plentiful.

By far the best rest stop in Upstate NY! Always clean, super nice facility. Great grassy area to let your dogs stretch their legs. My favorite place to stop on a rod trip.

This is my favorite rest area in CNY; clean, organized, and always well managed. I have never found this stop to be unwelcoming. I feel that this particular location is truly well kept, and safe. The pet area should offer poop bags for those travelers not prepared.

Possibly the best rest stop I’ve been to. Rest stop was clean, had many vending machines, clean restrooms, and an expansive tourist info and map room. I was able to get some extra maps and info about New York and the area to add to my collection.

It was snowing ferociously outside when I drove into this rest stop area. I remember almost driving past the car parking entrance due to poor visibility conditions outside. The facilities were warm and cozy. The architecture and color scheme inside was beautiful and quite pink. Everything was clean and it was mostly quiet. Besides the janitor and my family not another soul was around. Either that or they were too quiet to be noticed.

Bathrooms are immaculate, there are vending machines, however parking is wonky at best when its busy. The parking area truly needs to be reconfigured by someone who isnt partaking of cannabis.

Pleasantly clean, modern sinks don't always work. Plenty of parking for cars and perhaps 60-70 places for semi trucks.
