Is 0 stars an option? First he missed our scheduled appointment, and pushed us back to the next day. (Inconvenience #1)This was not a haircut, he did nothing but shave him to almost having no hair. AFTER we were very specific that we did NOT want it short. Horrendous. We dropped him off at 8:30AM and he was not ready until almost 1:30pm. I can not even express how mortified I am of this experience. You will never see me or my dog at this groomer again.

We had previously agreed the groomer would drop my dog at my home and I would pick up my home keys at his shop later. No he dropped my dog and the KEYS inside my home!!! It is not what we had agree upon. Had to have a locksmith over to open the door which the groomer paid for.The groomer holds me responsible for not having a 2nd set of keys on me..... and he will not groom my doggie anymore.How can a business owner act so irresponsibly!

Carol is an excellent groomer.I brought my poodle in for an expert grooming after one year of me being "groomer"! Excellent work!I highly recommend the grooming ,products and the quality of the Swedish brand food choices for dogs.
