Went for sunflower festival. Was really nice. 80 for 3 of us, though a little steep but, once your in and see all that they have to do it. It was worth it, pet friendly was nice too, dog park was split in two. Large breed side and small breed side which was nice. Food choice were ok. Only a couple food trucks but still worked. Lots for the kids to do. Had a good afternoon. Will go again.

Barton Orchards has always been so fun and full of family fun activities! For the price they charge you get to do so much. Once you pay admission you have access to all activities with the exception of food and goods you can purchase inside. We took the hay ride to the apple orchard and pumpkin patch which was really nice. Then went to the Fun Zone which has mini golf, go karts, huge slides and more! We did the corn maze which was so fun! And if you go you MUST try the freshly made apple cider donuts they’re sooooo good! They get packed fast but it’s worth it!

If you’ve been searching for a FUN fall adventure with your pup, I highly recommend Barton’s Orchard upstate!! It’s about a 2-2.5hr drive depending on traffic and it’s a huge orchard with farm animals, little shops, craft vendors, outdoor games, live music, bakery, food trucks, distillery, pumpkin picking AND apple picking where your pup is allowed WITH you!! It was extremely dog friendly and such a blast. My husband and I went yesterday and there was still many apples in season!! We’ll definitely be going back next year 🍎🌳🎃🍁

Very tasty apples, apple dumplings, and cider (there's also cookies, other pastries & donuts but we didn't get any). Overall decent experience, but MAKE SURE there's no special events in the day of, or expect to wait on line for at least 40 minutes to an hour in the parking fields (there's 2 of them, front and back) before getting in. Dogs are welcomed, plenty of parking (total about ~500 parking spaces). Also be aware there's only porta potties for bathrooms (at least when it's a big event day). On event days there's live bands, food trucks, and kids playgrounds and dog run and dog events.

This farm is amazing! 🎉 I popped over to grab some apples, thinking I'd zip in and out in a couple of hours. Guess what? I stayed the whole day! 😲 It's like an adventure park out here – super cool slides, a playground that's every kid's dream, and a corn maze that's like a mini adventure. And the animals! Goats and llamas that are just too cute! 🐐❤️ Missed out on live music 'cause it was a weekday, but hey, that's just another reason to come back! 🎶 And the food? Yum! There's this little bar stand where they serve cider and beer (wish they had bottles though 😅). But let me tell you, the cider donuts are to die for! 🍩👌Already planning my next trip for more apple-picking fun. See you next year, awesome farm! 🍏 👍

The place is beautiful lots to do, not awful in price if it's 2 of you but when there are 5 or 6 it's super expensive, especially if you are the parent paying for your children. The admission includes 2 sunflowers per paid admission, to buy food ouch. Dropped another 60 on ice cream. It's a beautiful place for a date, if you are on a budget not the place for you. I gave it 5 stars 🌟 because it's a lovely day event with gorgeous scenery.

The entry fee was $20 per person, We were 4 so we paid $82 total. We went there because I saw they were having a food truck festival and we decided to check it out. They had lots of foods to choose from with reasonable prices, they also had beer and hard cider for $9 per cup. Apple cider donuts 🍩 and a 5 minute hay ride. They have a very small petting zoo area, lots of space, fun activities for the little ones and live music. I think it was a bit overpriced just for the entrance and for what they offer during the summertime (meaning NO fruits to pick from) but it was just ok. There are other farms in the area that don’t charge an entry fee or less and they are just as fun as this one.

🍎We always enjoy festival weekends for apple/pumpkin & (sunset) sunflower picking as there is a lot to do. Although a pricey admission, we do enjoy the numerous activities and can spend the whole day there with the family & little ones.Recommend:• *Bringing your dog* (such a plus)• Getting there early/when they first open• 🎃 If apple/pumpkin picking, bringing a wagon/lots of water•🍩Apple Cider Donuts•Going on a weekday if you prefer less crowds, esp. in the fall season (no admission charge as well)

I don't write negative reviews as a rule, but rules are meant to be broken. A ridiculous $30 entrance fee per person are waiting in a hot, dust line cane as a surprise. Once inside, more lines, more fees, more dust. All I really wanted to do was visit the store and buy some apples. Oddly, the farm store at the orchard did not sell apples. Apples were only available as pick your own. The haunted guide had a king line. The hayride had a long line. Never again

This is now our third year in a row going to Barton Orchards. My nieces and siblings have had such a great time every year we’ve visited. The food selection by the entrance is great, but the food trucks could do a little better on their end. Otherwise, great orchard with a great selection of apples, pumpkins, and other fruits/vegetables.

Had an awesome first time visit. Came all the way up from Long Island because it's one of the only dog friendly orchards. Even had a giant fenced in dog park. Big place lots to do, tap room was good had their fruited ciders. A small petting zoo with goats and mini horses, big lawn with music was playing for the weekend event plus food trucks. Orchard options were good, orchard is split up in different areas so you can miss some apples if you don't explore plus vegetable picking too. They also had a giant playground! Overall will definitely be back!

Second time coming to this farm and noticed a few differences when we arrived. We walked through the entrance and were told that we had to pay $20.50 for an apple bag if we wanted to get some from the orchard, which is a little pricey since we're already paying ~$45 for the apples by themselves. 💰Unfortunately, since we did visit in the middle of October, there weren't many options this time (only apples 🍎, pumpkins 🎃, and gourds). For those who wish to get the most out of their buck, I would recommend coming maybe around August~September where there's more options to choose from. Also, be sure to check the farm calendar 🗓 to make sure that there aren't any events going on, since that will cost you extra to get in.Overall, we only did this for the experience mostly and had a lot of fun exploring the farm! Our pup had a lot of fun sniffing trees and ran around the open fields! 🐕 We will definitely come back in a different season next year! 😎

This place is a all in one. I go apple picking every year but I got tired of just going for apples and nothing else around. This place has everything...Pig race, food trucks, 🍎, 🎃, delicious .. super delicious donuts. I think my fam took home about 6 dozens, the kids were hooked.Corn maze, a section for dogs to play loose, vegetables, racing cars and more...Everywhere is wheelchair accessible and best pet friendly. Will come back here next year!

Really enjoyed this farm. First time visiting this year on a Sunday. Very packed. It was the weekend after all the rain. Long lines for everything which is unfortunate. However we still enjoyed ourselves. We were able to get delicious donuts and hard cider. Absolute plus is that they allow dogs. Really appreciate that. Plenty of apples. Lots of entertainment for the kids.

Ok food, great bear, good picking. Entertainment is usually good. Prices I think are reasonable to good. There is another entertainment section that only open during large events that is like a small amusement park. They are renovation and adding a bunch, so I can't wait to see what they have going. During the week and late Sunday, it's mostly local people. Farm animals were a nice plus.

I loved the experience, my kids had so much fun. The apples were great, loved the corn maze and the Jack O' Lantern trail, the live music made me feel like if I was in Nashville. I'd add another stand to sell the apple cider donuts cuz the line is too long always and then you waste time, also would add more food varieties but in all is an amazing place and great experience!

Pretty cool place for a day out of the city with family and friends. Went in a chartered trip with a previous employer and enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Staff was polite and super welcoming. We had group meals supplied and the food was tastefully done. Well flavored without being salty and a great assortment of options as well. The ground were awesome to walk and browse around the the orchard provided a slew of apple types to pick from. Cider and donuts were the icing on top of an already sweet cake. Would definitely take another trip and considering doing so in the summer months.

Had such a wonderful time with my fiancé and dog. Really love that they’re open to dogs, there are so many! I plan to come back before the season ends.Edit** I can’t believe people are complaining about admission fees, well worth the $30. So terrible to act so entitled to 1 star over PAYING for entertainment.

We went for the apple picking and corn maze, but there was SO much more to do. They had multiple stages with live music, a bar with plenty of craft beer and usual bar spirits, pig races, train rides, barrel pong (beer pong with barrels), a trampoline for the kids, slides and much more. $15 entry and I believe the bag options for apple picking were $15 and $20. No outside food or drinks allowed, as you can buy those things from them. The bakery sells delicious, fresh baked donuts.

Huge farm, very clean, people put a lot of work into it. Plenty of amenities for all ages. We were on apple picking, the farm offers all kinds of different variety of apples. There was vegetable garden as well, with plenty of veggies. Oh, the choice of pumpkins and squashes is tremendous; different types, shapes, colors, sizes. Overall great place with warm atmosphere.

We had a great day here! Apples and Peaches available at the end of August and beginning of September. Plus they have BBQ, ice cream, live music, a corn maze and lots of games for kids. A little too late for the sunflowers though. Can get very busy in mid October.

Barton Orchards is a beautiful apple orchard. So much to do and experience you could spend the whole day there. They have the apple orchard for picking, a pumpkin patch, and a vegetable garden. Dogs are welcome and they even have a bark park which is a fenced in area. They have hay rides, a fun park with mini golf, slides, play sets, a race track with pedaling bikes, and a labyrinth. There is another play area with a wooden boat, train, tree house and “castle“ They have a corn maze, tap room, bakery, and food. No outside food or drinks allowed however you can leave and re-enter. There are port-a-johns and a baby changing station. Apple cider donuts are delicious, however the line does get really long. To purchase anything there the lines can be super long. There is also a gemstone mining and some farmyard animals to pet.Entry: $27 per personDonuts: $15 a dozen (one box per person in your group teens and up)Gem Stone Mining: starts at $5 and goes up2 sizes of bags for Apple Picking largest is $37 smallest is $26Can bring your own bag but you’ll pay by weight

Dog friendly Apple picking! So many apples. No need to purchase the "weekend event" tickets if you just want to pick apples.Come early (before noon) and checkout all the cool food trucks. 90 minutes from Manhattan, easy drive out and back. We went the first weekend of November! October is the best time.

For the past 5 years my family and I have been coming here. We always do a theme. We love that it's big, they have the best donuts, jams, butters, apples, veggies and entertainment. But this year was a miss. The tickets were so expensive for nothing. Usually its $15 but this year it was $25 plus tax for kids 4 and up and adults. The lines are always long for the food and donuts but this year was worst. I know Covid has had a huge effect on things but, for the price we paid we should have gotten more. They hardly had anything in the play area for the kids to do. There wasn't any real social distancing, the bakery was pretty much empty and the same for the store. We usually pick tons of veggies an this year it was completely closed off, there was hardly any apples. But we made the best of it. Any other year I would have given them 5 stars. Hopefully next year will be better.

Visited today drive 75 miles from long Island and reached there 5 pm… they charged 29.95/- per person as entrance fee without any apple picking bag… park closed 5.30 pm not even used a single ride or entertainment… another 36 $ paid for apple picking bag… the price charged for entrance is totally unfair….
