Been going there for years. The last couple sandwiches I had were a disgrace... All lettuce tomatoe and mayo, with barely any meat.. This guy got real cheap and now the sandwiches are overpriced with a slither of meat... It sucks to see good places go down the drain because of greed

Very modest shop, but it did not disappoint with Italian sandwich offerings! Homemade mozzarella, sausage, and so much more. The only thing I would change is the bread--for such substantial sandwiches, I wish it had been a pizzeria-style roll (made from pizza dough). But everything else was perfect and a great value for your money!

One of the best delis in New York! Fantastic meats, cheeses and anything Italian! Awesome hot food for lunch or dinner. Some of the best Italian cookies/cakes I've had here! Only negative is their coffee! Can you believe that? Worst coffee around sadly.... But everything is first class! Highly recommended!

Today was second time going there. First time was great. People were friendly and had what I wanted. Today the man behind the counter was rude. He had an attitude from the moment I walked in No good morning no thank you. Was getting a bagel asked if I could get butter on it. If you hand it to me was the reply. Then he got mad because I used a plastic bag. Told me it was a waste. Apologized I don't know why I did. The deli in the Shell station by Tops is much better and the woman behind the counter is a doll. I'd rather drive 20 minutes there then go back to A&A. To bad since I live so close.

Sandwiches are very good.They have plenty of meat options and use Boars Head.Place is dated but people are nice and it is clean.Could use 1 more person as the register has no one on it until someone getting a sandwich has it made and person making it goes to register.So if your in a rush u may be standing a bit waiting.

after 6 months of not going to this deli, due to a very bad experience with one of the full time employees. I was informed he no longer workers here. I deced to give it another shot. Im excited to say they have made it back on my list of Delis to go to. The service is back to being extremely friendly and the sandwiches are fresh and plentiful!

Good food but service is "SO SO" slow takes a long time. I waited 25 min. For 4 egg sandwiches, the guy has no personality, and they need some good help in there. There should be 1 in the kitchen 1 on ordering and 1 on register.. Otherwise if you have the time to wait for food it is 👍

Terrible, They love to overcharge. But you have to catch it. They been doing this for years. If you question it , they play stupid.They advertise egg sandwich 299 with coffee.If not mentioned you walk out paying 700They do not care. I rather drive a bit further not for saving the money but for honesty.

Horrible quality of food! Everything is old and have been sitting in the cooler for months. Don’t recommend this deli to anyone. High priced and did not make my order correctly. Takes 30 mins to make me a Italian combo on a roll. 1 person running. The entire show. 😂

The food and service are really good, there is a good variety of sandwiches and hot foods, there is seating so you can sit while you wait for your food to be made or you could even just sit and eat there. The only downsides are that they are a little slow with preparing the food and they are expensive.

This place was litterally closed... And i walked in and ordered my complicated sandwhich... Eggplant cutlet.. fresh mozzarella... Roasted red peppers... Prosscutto... And balsamic dressing... They nodded and lmk they were closed but still took my order and made me my sandwich... They really went above and beyond... Which is rare... Oh and the Sandwich was delicious... They know what they are doing and go the extra mile.

I bought a 24 slices of Kraft packaged american cheese......$6.99,,? I questioned it and told him it's $3.29 at stop and shop, but he said they buy it themselves and double it.
