We recently purchased a gas range from here after ordering the same product from 2 other competitors who could not deliver and install at a predetermined date. Home Depot was a much different experience. The stove arrived and was installed as scheduled. Total time from order to installation, 5 days. Great service!

Over half the plants in the garden center are dead or dying. They seem largely neglected. Many pots had drenched, bogged down, soggy soil and a host of fungus gnats. There were a very select few plants that actually looked healthy, all others were dead, dying, or will be dying shortly. Sad. And also just weird? Why would they let their entire garden center get like this...?

This store has everything and then some! Helpful attendants, especially in the department of tool rental. Proficiently organized aisles with attractively displayed merchandise. There is a faint scent of saw dust, which lets you know that HomeDepot’s the real deal!

PK Home Depot has gone downhill. One cashier Lady (well over 5 times) has asked me what I’m doing with every single item I’m checking out with and criticizes how I plan to do things. Even said “when you come back to get something different I’m going to say I told you so. (I don’t have time to explain exactly how I plant to build/do everything). Also separate time randomly asked me to “do her job” I laughed as if she was obviously joking and she stared me down and said I’m not kidding. When I walked away she said I was rude for not taking over her shift..?😂 all workers act like they absolutely hate their jobs and could not care less about customers. Recently placed an order for same day pickup. Ended up being the next day I went there and called while next door at job lot asking if they could please get my order ready. They said absolutely they’re finishing it up now. I waited one hour and went over.. an associate called someone over concerning my order 3 separate times, over the course of another hour waiting for it. No one came and it turned out no one was actually even working on my order. I ended up having to get all the lumber myself. Wasted 6 total hours. Get it together..!🤦🏼‍♀️

Go to Lowe’s much better customer service and staff.. Home Depot in Poughkeepsie NY the employees are LAZY. Don’t do an online order for lumber because they will not fulfill your order. Placed an order at 12:30pm and it still wasn’t done the next day at 1pm . I had to go in and pick all the lumber. And this is not the first time this has happen.. LAZY LAZY.

Why this Home Depot parking lots is so dark? Some aisle also looks dark we talk to staff he also mentioned. Hope somebody need to fixes the problems. Staff are very friendly very helpful.

I was pretty surprised that there were so many people standing around and hanging out, I would look at them and stand there. They would never ask if I needed help, I would have to ask them. I walked past them a couple of times with the same result. The gentleman in the photo standing on the right, at least tried once. there was another gentleman holding a cup of coffee when I asked him a question he said he wasn't in plumbing. He told me the plumbing guy was down nine or ten. I would highly recommend revamping your customer service in the store because you were absolutely putting customers off. I will never come back to the store because I know I can't get help unless I force someone to help me.

I recently had a large home project. Tool Rental was fine, everyone in there was pleasant and seemed to know what they were talking about. Then I made the mistake of going into the rest of the store. Won't be doing that again. The store itself is about the same as any and my expectations were not high to begin with but I made the mistake of politely asking a question to a woman in the Garden Dept. - she couldn't be bothered with getting up, being polite or removing her finger knuckle deep from her nose. Obnoxious, very rough. From all the stuff on her apron it looks like she's been there quite a while so I suppose this is the way they want things. Absolutely revolting - makes me think twice before just grabbing something off a shelf. Yuck.

I'm having a hard time getting a good shopping outcome at this store. They're understaffed, which is tough on the existing workers and makes it tougher to get questions answered. (Sorry, I don't mean this as an insult to the team there. If anything, I'm saying that corporate should give them some relief and hire more workers). An item I needed was out of stock, despite the website saying that many units were available at this location. It's not the first time I left without accomplishing my shopping goal.

I ordered an air conditioner for curbside pickup. When I went to pick it up I along with another lady waiting for her items were there for over an hour. It wasn't until the other lady called corporate that they finally brought our items out. There was no apology about the wait or anything he just loaeded it in my car and left. Then once I got home and went to take the item I noticed a giant gash in the packaging and a dent on the side of the air conditioner. When I got back to the store and was on the way in I ran into the guy who loaded the air conditioner into my car. I asked him if he remembered me and if he had looked at it before loading it into my car. He then claimed that only the box was damaged. It's clear the air conditioner was not inspected before being brought out to me. When we told him about the dent he just mumbled an apology and walked away. When we went inside they said that were 12 others in the store and we could exchange it for another. I don't know why with 12 other ones in the store they thought it was appropriate to bring out a clearly damaged box. All in all I was very disappointed in the experience and won't be shopping there again any time soon.

Store sucks. Terrible in store pick up consistently. The don't put anything on the floor. The staff are slow and make you wait. Once I was told the order was ready, to be told sometimes it says we have it online but it's not in the store. Hence, why I'm just going to switch back to Amazon because at least they have what they say 99% of the time. It's like what is the point of a Home Depot if they don't have the tools or order ready for same day pickup.

Waste of time every time. The store is so nonsensical in the way things are organized. Grilling is scattered from corner to corner here. Ligh bulbs and light fixtures are at opposite ends, gardening is in 3 different places. On top of that, whatever it is you're looking for, they don't have it

I usually have a pleasant time shopping, however staff is rude and unhelpful. The blonde with glasses with no name on shirt was beyond disrespectful. I might not be shopping here again. The customer service/pro desk is where she can be found around 5:50pm. She gives dirty glares and gives attitude royal. I would consider letting her go and find a more suitable employment. Working around people is not one of them. She lacks basic human skills. She also doesn't know how to interact with others. Please re train her and get her off the floor until she knows how to behave in public.

Ordered online for store pickup in the early afternoon. I used a coupon code for the $900 worth of flooring I needed for my home. The order was never fulfilled. It was a holiday weekend and the store was closed the day after I placed the order. Called a day after the holiday and spoke to customer service who said they didn’t have the flooring I purchased. The rep said that he would have to cancel the order. I go in later that day… lo and behold. THE FLOORING I ORDERED RIGHT IN THE AISLE. So I get a few boxes take it to customer service to see if I could get the same discount as previously applied to my order. I’m standing there and the young woman behind the counter doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m standing there and proceeds to put her back towards the wall and stare into space until I humbly asked if I could come to the counter. I explain the situation to them and another employee says that he cannot apply the discount code. I ended up asking for a manager until the issue was resolved. Don’t offer pick up service if the orders aren’t going to be fulfilled. It is convenient for me having a small child who is EXTREMELY active and would rather not chase him around a hardware store. I will return because I would like to make improvements to my home but the customer service is subpar.

This home depot is usually great and carries everything. They had not even one piece of black drain pipe or fittings in any size. Apparently this is only to order here now. Had to go to another store since I wasn't about to order stuff I needed the same day. Kinda crazy since every house uses drain pipe and it's used for a variety of other things

Home depot. I'm really happy with the plants that I went to get. They looked so healthy and they had plenty of variety. I'm gonna have to remember to check them out in the spring when it's planting time.I like the store. I was targeted shopping. I knew what I wanted and went directly there and got it.The only complaint I have is the staff. There was only 1 friendly encounter. The others the workers didn't say Hello they weren't rude but they certainly weren't nice.But I lovecmy plants. I'm sweating because I just finished exercising.

Ordered online for store pickup approx 2.5 hours before heading to the store without any update on my order status and my order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. Mind you, the items I purchased were located RIGHT NEXT to the pickup desk and being it was a Sunday after 5pm, the store was totally dead. Literally it would’ve taken someone less than 5 min to put together this order. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and I was told I had to get the items myself??? I literally ordered for online pickup with the sole purpose of having my order ready as I was running short of time. I quickly ran to grab the two items, that were again, right next to the online pickup center only to have to wait back online after the cashier refused to wait the less than 3 seconds I was gone and proceeded to take the next customer so I had to wait again until they finished that transaction which resulted in me being late to my destination. Won’t be returning due to total lack of customer service and organization.Also please dear lord, DONT buy plants here. Many houseplants were infected with mealybugs and spider mites and clearly neglected. I am done with this location.

I needed 5/4 pt wood in different lengths for a porch repair. A man named Mike C helped me greatly. Mike measured and cut pieces from the list I had. Most of all I appreciated how kind he was. I work two jobs in retail, and it was really nice to have someone help me and follow through with my list. Thank you. made my day just easier for me.

This is by far the worse Home Depot ever. No one ever wants to do their job. Avoid this home Depot at all cost, don't waste your time money.
