The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. But I came on here to talk about the bakery. BIG SHOUT OUT TO KRISTINE. I do hope I spelled her name right but she is amazing. She pays attention to detail When it comes to decorating your cake. The Whole bakery staff is very talented and the cakes are delicious. Every time I order a cake I happened to get Kristine and I haven't had not one complaint yet. I've attached a few cakes to show her amazing work.

This is a very nice ShopRite, definitely one of the better ones I’ve been to. This store is new and it is always very clean, organized, and well kept. Clean entrances, floors, shelves, and bathrooms. It’s well stocked and not as crowded as other stores, making for a pleasant experience. The produce is very well stocked with a wide selection. The bakery dept is good with a wide variety of cakes, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods. Cakes are always very nicely decorated. The deli and prepared food depts are great as well with a wide selection of fresh items. The prepared foods has a wide variety of options including chicken (both fried and rotisserie), and sushi. Both the spicy and regular chicken sandwiches are delicious! The deli is usually clean and well stocked. They have a wide variety of specialty cheeses as well. Seafood is well stocked and nicely displayed. The meats are fresh and well stocked with a wide variety. The rest of the store has a wide selection of items and is usually neatly organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. This location has a pharmacy, shop from home, and a small cafe area. My only critique is while most of the produce is fresh, I often find moldy berries (particularly moldy strawberries and blueberries), so make sure you check over your berries before buying them. Like at any supermarket, make sure to check expiration dates as well. Overall, this is definitely of the better supermarkets in the area and one of the best ShopRite stores I’ve been to so far. I’m not a big fan of ShopRite as many of their stores are often dirty and overcrowded, but this location is well managed and is pleasant and much cleaner/less crowded than most. I often shop here when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work!

Good store, but I don't love that they got rid of the entire seating area just for a soda display of already well-known burpy beverages. But I should remind myself that there is a whole outdoor seating area in the area middle of the plaza that's nice in good weather.

Half the time there's moldy produce. I've gotten meat that literally goes bad the next day. For sales they either don't carry the product or constantly run out of stock and they got rid of a bunch of the good items they sell. The mandras lentil for example, their bowl and basket brand is a watered down insult.

Had a wonderful experience at Shoprite! Got some meats at the deli from a very handsome young gentleman. He had a stutter but it added to his charm. Went to self checkout and was greeted by another handsome gentleman, he kept flirting with me, made me feel young again. If the blonde curly haired boy is single come to Hyde Park assisted living sometime, I have not felt human contact in years.

Shoprite on North Road is managed by Mike. He and his staff are profoundly professional, kind, helpful, engaging and kind. I love the music! At 60, I get a ride back to my youth with tunes I feel joy and wonder hearing.I don't shop at Shoprite, I delight at Shoprite! Thanks Mike! 💥💥💥💥

Everything in this ShopRite is more expensive than other shoprites which makes no sense to me. The order Express for the deli is anything but express. I was told by a deli employee that for the express you have to wait 45 minutes which is crazy coz no where around the kiosk does it say that. Not to mention that calling it express insinuates that it would be faster. Absolutely not happy for all the time I'm wasting here, it's been about 30 minutes, I'll update the wait time when I finally get my order.

Heads up customers. I was waiting my turn I line @Shoprite Winslow Gate Road Poughkeepsie ny this morning. The customer in front of me was checking out and pointed to an item, asking the cashier if an item in the cart should be marked paid with a sticker. It was an item that usually gets sticker stating paid. Cashier says..it's OK.. waving him to go.My turn and yep..3 items were marked paid on my items. She had no idea I speak spanish.. I then asked why did you put paid sticker on my items? The gentleman in front of me asked, and you let him just leave. In Spanish, I asked if it was the color of my skin? She was shocked and waved both arms up, speechlessI let management know.. they apologized and said they were sorry, and they will speak with her, and stated sorry I felt the way I did! Huh???? Racial profiling and discrimination at its best. Poor customer service and a disgrace to the human race!

Many sales items from the circular are not available here. Also there can be the same brand & product albeit different sizes located in three different areas in the store. If you use the app from play store it will even tell you some items are on the wrong aisle.

This store is AMAZING! I left my wallet in the cart in the parking lot. I didn’t realize until the next day. We called and they said they had it. I had about $500 cash and multiple cards and everything was there. So between the people that shop there and the employees who work there, I’m impressed. Also thought the store was clean with a lot of choices and great selection on produce.

My favorite grocery store around! I used to have anxiety going grocery shopping (I am an introvert) due to a lot of people and tight spaces but I don't seem to have that issue with this ShopRite and I've come plenty of times! They always have what I need in stock and so many plant based items for my mainly plant based meals! (High triglycerides in my family) I highly recommend!

Helped this poor elderly disabled Senior with si much respect. I accused them of bieng on DRUGS LOL. It is shocking in this world today that People like the cold cut department and Bakery Department are so nice and CARING GOD BLESS ThemIf I can find there names I will put it in later. Every other store I go to will put in a discount card for you if you don’t have one, but not this store. Groceries are so expensive nowadays, you would think the least they can do is put in a discount card for you If you don’t have one. I’ll stick to shopping in the other stores. Never again at this one.

I really love this shop rite but recently (yesterday) I purchased a deli cooked chicken when I got it home and ready to eat that was impossible. The chicken had no flavor and was pink inside . I paid 7.99 and had to throw away. I was very disappointed you should check how you prepare before someone gets sick

I had phone call while I was shopping that a family member had passed away, I had to leave my groceries with the front desk lady. I told her what was happening and that I had to run home(I had no groceries at all at home). I told her I would come back for my stuff, she was ON HER PHONE and said “yeah, I’ll be here until 7”. While things are going crazy my toddler and rest of my kids still have to eat so I came back to ShopRite to pick up my groceries that I had left in my own recycle bags and they told me they had put my stuff back since I didn’t come back. I came back once I was a little calm and why did I came back ? To pay for my stuff and because everyone at home is hungry and someone needs to get dinner done. I asked for a manager and no one came out to speak to me.

I like going here because it's a nice store but I dont like checking out because there are never enough cashiers open. Also, I grabbed a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders and they turned out to be bad! Then I tried calling the other night around 6 or so and no one would answer the phone. It went back to the prompts all over again like 8 times and I decided to hang up. I had purchased a 6 pack of sweet tea and I never brought it home, I was trying to see if someone found it at the checkout!

This large store has rapidly become my area go to supermarket. Starting on the outside- a large clean parking lot with wider than average lanes and lots of shopping carts available. The store is large so even when there are lots of customers shopping it doesn't seem crowded. No sloppy look, well organized and clean. Even in these strange supply times, the shelves are unusually well stocked. Checkout is never a problem even when the store is busy. They usually have many registers open and of course the self checkouts.What was novel and impressive was the attention to the needs of shoppers with mobility related disabilities. There are electric shopping carts (mobility scooters) being housed in kiosks in the parking lot. The kiosks have outlets so that the devices are always being charged. No more searching for a scooter and hoping that it doesn't run out of juice part way through your shopping trip. The isles are nice and wide so there is plenty of maneuvering room. This store was well thought out and planned, both for shopper convenience and inventory.

Excellent new store that recently opened up. Wide aisles and brightly lit to see everything easily. Clean from top to bottom. If you don't feel like cooking, they even have takeaway meals made fresh.
