As someone with quadriplegia, shopping can be quite a challenge, but this store made sure it was anything but. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing me with detailed images of various cat houses she had in stock. She facilitated an effortless online payment method and even delivered the cat house straight to my door. Her thoughtful actions and the convenience they offered me were truly heartwarming. It’s rare to find a business that not only meets but exceeds your needs in such a personal and caring way. We had a stray cat that started showing himself at our house. They helped hook us up with some food that would be nutritious for him and also keep him hydrated. Cat loved it. Store is beautiful as well. Nice to have a business like this close to home.

The store is beautiful, and the layout is very easy to navigate to find what you need, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is amazing since it’s next to a dog groomers, the prices are reasonable and you get to meet Lily sometimes depending on when you go. I also got 2 toys for my dogs and they have lasted longer than most toys and my dogs love them. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the store,

Brought our family dog in to pick out a new toy. He ended up choosing a rope with a tennis ball attachment. The first of its kind to enter his toy collection, we look forward to him playing with it in the coming months. Thanks to the team at Lilly's for helping make that mission become a success.
