I stop here on my way to my sisters but it has been a couple of years. Employees were always nice and helpful and the bathroom were mostly clean. Now the soap dispenser is broken, no toilet paper or towels and very dirty. I should have used the outside Porto potties they would have been cleaner. I asked the person behind the food area if that was where the smoothies were made and he said where else would it be. I explained there were no signs and he gave a look of boredom and disdain like I was interrupting his looking at the slicer and ignoring me. I told him I wanted a mango smoothie and he disappeared for 3-4 minutes. When I saw him again he went into an office walked by me and went out the door and never said a word to me. Another 3-4 minutes go by and he comes back in and says we don’t have any mango. I said it took you that long to figure that out. Well I had to go outside and check. I said you could have told me what you doing so I didn’t think you were ignoring me. He said I don’t have tell you anything. I said you have a really bad attitude and if you were my employee I would fire you. I asked to speak to the manager who was there listening to the whole exchange and said nothing. I started telling the manager about the initial ignoring me when I asked him about the smoothie and he blew it off as the boy probably didn’t hear and started to walk away to cash out customers. The boy asked do you want a smoothie or not. I said not. This place has gone about as far down as a business can in terms of cleanliness and employees. I don’t know if someone else owns it now or what. I guess if the bathrooms are that bad you should turn around and leave.

That place has taken a dive in both service and cleaniness. Bathrooms are disgusting and havent been repaired in over year. Used to be my go to stop before making my way into the wilderness. Now i wont stop unless absolutly necessary.

Stopped by on way to lake placid , Great location with nice selection of beverages, They simply have everything u possibly need . Pizza and sandwiches are delicious .

If only you new the mold that fills the fridges the outdated food that gets served and the bj shopping that's done for tax invasion
