The walmart employee shoper program is sooo annoying. The rows of carts block access to the cheese section, and the employees don't move out of the way! There's so many carts! It's insane. There is no need for it!!

Great places with best prices. The only issue I find in Walmart that it does not have halal/kosher meat section. If they would add a halal meat that would help many that look for halal things around this area.

Apparently, Walmart isn't doing customer surveys after grocery pickups anymore, maybe for a reason. The last few pickups I have had have been terrible. The employees are either rude or walk-off without even offering to help load the groceries, which last I checked, is part of the service. Not impressed.

if this place closes down I'm gonna pack up and leave Potsdam. It's the only place that you can go to buy groceries and gift items plus just to walk around when your day feels dull.

Ah, Walmart! You never cease to amaze me. In a bold environmental move, they've chosen to retire the ever-reliable shopping bags - and, in a coincidentally unrelated move, decided our wallets needed some slimming down too! Price hikes? You betcha!But who doesn’t love the challenge of waddling out, arms overflowing with groceries, praying to the shopping gods you make it to the car without dropping your week's worth of supplies? And once you've successfully navigated that gauntlet, there’s the added thrill of having your purchases turn your car trunk into a chaotic rendition of a bowling alley. The highlight of my last trip? Being whacked in the head by a bunch of rogue bananas during a sharp turn. Ah, the memories.So, hats off to you, Walmart. In your quest for progress, you’ve turned every shopping trip into a high-stakes game of grocery Jenga. May the odds be ever in our favor.

I give 5 star to the employees for trying their best . I had transaction issue while shopping at this location,for some reason my card wouldn't work i was asked to call the bank and after that i was asked to create a Walmart online account and link it to my bank account which i did and even after that nothing worked.The Beautiful old lady at the customer service and her assistent Logan patiently tried not once, not twice but four times nothing worked.However, thanks to Logan Burns who suggested to cashapp him the costs of my grocery and subsequently pay to Walmart .Endless Thanks man,As a truck driver thousands of miles away from home this situation was very frustratingSO MY QUESTION TO WALMART IS :1 ) Why major telephone carrier like Tmobile which i have and others don't work inside this and many other Walmart throughout the country which forces customers to share their information, data with you by using your wifi, so what exactly are you collecting from customers?2 ) Why in plain year of 2022 you still don't have diversified payments options like cardless or tap technology in your store,why?

Pretty standard here--everything you'd expect Walmart to have including most any groceries you would need. It is hard to beat the prices and convenience.I suppose I have some concerns generally about shopping at any Walmart because of the company's negative effect on local economies and their poor benefits to employees, but the cost savings is tough to pass up.Our last visit there were no antibacterial wipes for the carts at either main entrance which is troubling. Also there was only one check out lane open with a long line, but another did open which made the end of our trip much more pleasant.

Management needs to remove untrained pets riding in shopping carts! Potsdam Wal-Mart is in violation of their own policy.It is a danger to disabled persons and the health of the general public because Wal-Mart sells food for human consumption.Wal-Mart is in violation of State Health Laws.Real service dogs do not ride in shopping carts.

Typical Walmart experience.Clean store with many options.Very few attended lanes open, but many self checkout Lanes.Walking to a lane with its light on and just as we were putting our stuff down the cashier turned the light off and said we had to go somewhere else.

This is a awesome place to shop. Prices are a little high on some things but at the same time they do have rollback items and clearance items too. The store is cold, I keep my winter coat on when I feel you should come in and take your coat off to shop. The store always looks very clean and organized and always has what it says it does, if you check for a item online first, they have it. The employees are very nice, hard working people, I go here a lot and I feel they all for the most part put in 110%. Any side of the store looks amazing and clean and stocked, regardless of any time of the year you come in. Great job to the employees. In general Walmart should have a tiny bit lower prices, I feel. But yeah a great place to shop

They say they have items in stock on their website. But when you go there they dont have it.Also all the workers are rude, & incompetent and dont even acknowledge you as a customer. Especially the auto parts section. They take forever to take your order and neglect to mention when they dont have part of your orderWorst Service Ever ive seen 10 year olds run a store bettee

Walmart in Postdam is ok. The workers are either MIA or have an attitude if they have to help. I do have to say some of the employees actually seem to like to help, but for the most part, they would rather stand in the isles with colleagues acting like they are doing something. I guess it depends on the day. 😁

I mean, it's walmart . College students wipe out all the stock with their parents or government money. Tends to have all different crowds . Mostly ones who have never had a job or have 30 kids that we are all paying for........ in one way or the other. I said what I said.

The air dryer that dries the vehicles doesn't really get the vehicle that well and the sprayer doesn't get the back of an SUV that great for the back window but other than that it's my choice of car wash cuz it's convenient

Your workers are worth more than 10 percent. I know this amount cause my Mommy use to work for you guys in West Virginia. Some of the workers have no respect for people’s personal space this 60-65 year old red haired short lady comes up to harass me while I’m checking out with my 11 month old daughter minding my own business, I moved my cart and daughter away twice and you keep coming closer to my daughters face no mask no nothing I moved my cart twice the 2nd time I stood between you and my daughter and you still put you’re head around me to get closer to my daughter what a FAH REAK for real you should be ashamed of yourself when I ask you nicely to please step away

I had the displeasure of witnessing a black gentleman being profiled in the self checkout today. He was dressed in red with a Texans hat, doing nothing out of the ordinary, same as anyone else in the self check out. Asked for bags, an employee brought him some and went about his business. When a young lady went over to him and asked if he needed help, the gentleman said no he had it under control, but thank you. She then called a manager over and both began watching this gentleman and whispering. It was then I noticed another manager proceed to the Subway and sit watching him and another gentleman was stationed at the door to "check receipts".As the gentleman left he was watched by both managers and the female who asked if he needed help. The gentleman at the door looked at this black gentleman's phone and allowed him to leave.After the black gentleman left, the gentleman from the door left and the managers disappeared.All this black gentleman was doing was simply shopping and doing what all others were doing in the self check out, so why was he specifically singled out and treated as if was doing something wrong? No one else was.These employees who profiled him should learn to set aside their racism and not judge based on color. How embarrassing it must have been for this young man. How disgraceful Potsdam WalMart is becoming.
