I work in the area but live out of town, and Bows and Bandanas allows me to bring my dog with me for my 7 day work rotations. I was nervous at first because my dog and I never separate, but my experience has been great. My dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot, and he is always clean, happy and healthy when I pick him up. They also allow me to visit him and take him out during days I’m free. Boarding him there has greatly increased his social life as well, and he has gotten noticeably calmer around people and other dogs. The people there really care about him, and are always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. This is the worst boarding and grooming place we’ve ever taken our dog to.Boarding:He’s starving. We left him there for two days while we went to Montreal. All of the treats I left him are still in his bag. He hasn’t stopped eating since he got home.Grooming: This is not what we asked for at all. We wanted him to have the same cut but shaved halfway. He’s completely shaved. His ears are filthy. And his face looks so shabby. He also doesn’t smell good at all. I’ve attached pictures below. He was there for two days and he got what looks like a rushed job.Pros: It was cheap. Clearly you get what you pay for.I wish I would’ve seen a review like this one I would’ve never left him there in the first place.

I took my cocker spaniel there today for the first time, after some glowing recommendations from a friend, and I am in awe. Incredible customer service, a fantastic grooming (at an incredibly reasonable price point), and the CUTEST little bow in her hair. (At the recommendation of one of their staff). Athena can be a little bratty with new people, but she clearly felt very safe and pampered by all of the wonderful people that work there. They've absolutely earned a customer for life.

Went up for the weekend to go to a memorial. Unfortunately dogs weren't allowed. Bows and Bandanas let us drop her off when we got to the area and she had a blast with the other dogs and absolutely enjoyed herself. We were very pleased with how they were towards her. She loved everyone there. Wish they lived in our area. The price is great and they are amazing.

The staff are very good with the fur babies but are great with the parents as well. The prices are very reasonable and I recommend them to anyone.

After 4 1/2 hrs we came to pick up our 6 month old poodle puppy and I think they had forgotten about her until we got there. I could hear them running her under some water & spritzing freshener on her.... then they handed us a wet dog with food gunk still under her chin and eye boogers still there. No soap, no brushing. My puppy was crying and anxious for 2 days afterwards. Maybe they kept her alone in a cage for the whole time?

I went in with an anxious dog which I expected would be common but apparently they didn't know how to handle anxious animals. The bath took maybe 20-30 minutes and they were done. They didn't try to dry him which also means they didn't brush out the loose fur. I went home with a wet dog. When I got home, he had so much lose hair that I had to brush him and 2 hours later his hair was all greasy again. I understand that my dog was anxious so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went somewhere else yesterday (Russells Groom and Board) and not only did I get a full groom but they calmed my dog. When I came back 2 hours later, he was perfect and happy. He had no issues with the dryer. I explained to this place the same thing I explained to the other place and they handled it so much better. He was playing in their daycare playhouse when I came back. I was able to pay and talk and he was just laying at my feet as opposed to being anxious. In comparison, I am not at all pleased with the service I received at bows and bandanas and I will never go back.EDIT: My dogs name is Spartacus and we went on March 13, 2021.

Nice people but the owner looked like a druggy. I honestly was creeped out to go pick my dog up. It was or first time to go to a groomer and I was excited to see how she would look but after specifically telling them not to make her look like a poodle and showing pictures of what I wanted, she came out looking exactly like one. Definitely don’t recommend.

The owners are very kind. However, the gentleman seemed to be strung out on drugs. He even admitted to me that he was high while taking my dog in for bording while I was on vacation. I also got my dog groomed here and it looked awful. The place smelled awful and they told me they didn't have any issues during bording my dog for a few days. When she came home to me, she was a lot thinner meaning she wasn't eating. Again, they were very kind but the service could definitely improve.

I have gone here for past 14 yrs ,from pups to elderly stages, they always have spoiled them all. Now its Maggie's turn to add, she has gone from the time I got her till now, she super excited to go every single time, they are more than accommodating to her 10 mo old 75 lb of exuberance. I can't say enough about their wonderful care. Dogs actions are a good indication of how they are treated. It's good to see her come home and collapse to sleep after her fun filled days there.

Amazing my puppy loved it there it's a very friendly environment and the workers are very kind hearted. Everything is in well order and all the dogs seemed very happy. My puppy is one be wild and when he was there he behaved well and he was comfortable in the environment. This was overall the best place for boarding and haircuts for your pets

Not clean. My pups didn’t look any different than they did when I took them in. They were to be groomed and bathed. I think the only thing done was toenails cut. They didn’t even trim around their little bums. Never again. Please don’t waste your money.

THE VERY BEST!! We have 3 Chihuahuas, and they can be "high maintenance" and quite "fussy", which are endearing traits, yes, unless you are trying to trim their nails! However, Topher and Chris have always done a fantastic job, we have received excellent customer service and their treatment of our 'little babies' is so gentle and loving! Prim, our brindle girl, is the worst dog to ever receive a nail trimming. Ever. But at Bows and Bandanas they make it look so easy! I'm talking dog-whisperers here, people. Amazing. Thanks!

My aunt takes her two Peikanese here to get groomed and they always look amazing after. I've had no complaints ever about the quality of their grooming but in fact I believe they've gone above and beyond to uphold their quality of creating a perfect pet salon.

I brought in our 2 dogs for boarding services on December 31, 2021 - January 4, 2022 and it was AWESOME!!!!!! I Love them, I love my dogs, next time they have to be boarded, they are going to Bows & Bandanas!!!

After 3 hours I arrive to pick up my dog from bows and bandanas. The groomer is extremely agitated and seems strung out on drugs. The scabs and holes in his arms only add to the suspicion that he is a user. First they bring out wrong dog, then after 10 more minutes of waiting I find out my dog has only just begun her choppy horrible haircut. She smells horrible and looks even worse. Do not go there.

I won't board my animals here. Family was going to get nails done on 3 family dogs. The guy that was going to do it just seemed very out of it. Left and did not have dogs nails done here. Took them elsewhere
