We were able to find the gear we wanted, but one staff person in particular did the absolute bare minimum to help. He just seemed really checked out. I don't know if he was underpaid or disgruntled, but he seemed utterly uninterested in helping us.

they seem to be closing out their apparel dept. leaving some very good buys (even though limited).if you're interested in apparel now is a good time to shop there. the marine dept is very much up & running. nice folk who try to be helpful

Friendly staff.A little small for my liking with limited stock on hand.If you need the basics, this is the place to go. Of course, if they don’t have it in stock, they are more than happy to ship it to the store.

Everything but no reels for sale except on rod and reel combo’s and not a lot of that. I don’t believe they spool reels either. Nice place though.

All Google and West Marine websites report hours from 9am to 7pm. I spent an hour in the traffic trying to get to the store before 7pm, only to find that store closes at 6pm. I spent another 1.5 hours getting back home.Disappointing.
