I had such a wonderful experience here!! My pup generally does not enjoy bath time or the blow dryer. Other places have just given her back to me soaking wet because she was afraid of the blowdryer. The groomers here took their time and showed my girl so much love and patience. They could see that she didn’t want to be blowdried and TOWEL DRIED HER! I loved that they cared so much to find another solution to give her the best treatment. She gave the groomer a few goodbye kisses when it was time to leave so I knew she enjoyed herself and felt safe. I highly recommend coming here for the best care and grooming services you could ask for.

This is what happens when ambition, skill and effort runs stale like old bread. Overpay for a dog grooming, have such a poor job done that you’re embarrassed to take your dog out for a walk, and go pay a few days later to another groomer to fix the problem. I’ve never seen our 10 year old cockapoo groomed worse. Uneven, blown out like a balloon, flat in some areas, long in others. Never seen such a woeful job. Will never go back to this place. If you’re new to Port and looking for a groomer, steer clear of this place. Ask around, there are far more caring places that actually care of the job they do.

I have been getting my dog groomed at Unleashed since they were on Main Street. After Covid I moved out of NY and still bring my miniature poodle 2 hours back to Unleashed because I trust them so much, and just can’t bring myself to trust anyone else with my dog. So grateful for this team!

Amazing Services .My Shitzu baby comes out smelling & looking his best. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even gave me after care recommendations . Prices were reasonable will definitely bring my baby back to unleashed .

Brought our Wheaten Terrier for grooming. He is difficult and they dealt with him. He got a fantastic grooming. Everyone was professional and pleasant. I already made my next appointment. This is a great place to bring your dog for grooming.

I was very upset and disrespected at the establishment. I brought my dog into the place to have his nails cut. The women rudely picked up my dog without even talking to me. My dog is very sensitive about his nails clipped. The women didn’t even talk to us, to know about my dog anxiety, or how we have tried to combat this issue. After a quick attempt to women brought my dog back claiming she could t cut the dogs nails. I’m highly offended and very upset and would recommend NOT to bring your dog there as they did not treat my dog as a valued family member.

This place is amazing the people there awesome, hard working the place is neat and clean, my butch who is a snoodle and doesnt like too many people, loves the people there came out smelling fantastic, his cut was clean and he was fresh and ready to go. He loves coming here its his spa day and he is treated like a king, he prances when he comes out. Even he know how good he looks and brings up his confidence

The care that the staff at Unleashed took with my 16 year olddeaf and blind dog was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Several othergroomers would not take our dog in for grooming, but Unleashedaccepted her without hesitation.Both my wife and I and our dog look forward to her next grooming!

These people will shave you dog down to nothing. The people who work there are rude and they smoke even when around the dogs. They also put they dogs in heaters to dry them off. NEVER bring your dog here unless you want them to be shaved.
