Very nice people. It is a special experience to shop here that is always full of opportunities to find a great bargain. Excellent location, a wonderful place to go shopping then go to the nearby pier to view the water. Twin Pines has been an asset to the Port Washington community for over thirty years and I wish this non-profit organization only the most success.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I was looking for some whisky glasses and they found the perfect set for me. Prices are great and staff go out of their way so you have a positive experience

Twin Pines is an exceptional thrift store here in Port Washington.The store itself is always well stocked with treasures galore, and the staff is absolutely delightful, and always helpful.I highly recommend this spot to anyone already living in Port, or just passing through.

Great place, staff is friendly. Good for donating stuff and browsing for gently used second hand stuff. There’s a sign on the door that says they only accept donations on Saturday. Don’t let the spoiled and entitled complainers convince you not to come here just because they don’t like to follow the rules. The policy was probably set in place for a good reason but I’m sure the complainers who gave this place poor reviews because of it never cared to ask why.

I bring my young kids here whenever they need to get out of the house and its crummy weather. For less than five bucks, they are entertained and feel like I took them on a shopping spree. The place is great especially now that they renovated it and he staff is very friendly. Not to mention you help support the community.

Personality disorders,. Rude to both givers AND buyers, how unique. Ruined an hours worth of shopping at checkout, only to have my stuff Slammed on a countertop. Rude no sorry. nada.My advice to the individuals i had encountered would be to return to the families what has been given , and therefore you have no burden of mentioning volunteerism or any other mumbling . You should know what it to give. pompous, worthless, north shore rude.

I like this place. Toys prices for kids are better than other branch thrift stores. November 13th 2021 I went there but it was closed to some plumbing problems. Better call before go there

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I viewed Twin Pines as an asset to the Port Wash community. Indeed, I donated multiple items to them over the years. Today, I drove out of my way to their location, walked in with ONE item worth $700 and they told me '" Oh Sorry We Don't Take Donations Today or Tomorrow and Only On, Whatever Days" Stop really, really ?? 'This is worth well over $500 dollars - I am not coming back nor do I want a receipt. Are you sure now'?? OK,,,,, So a horrible experience with this non-profit organization.

Sweet people, great cause. They work with women's group, female and baby stuff always welcome. Food donations can be on Sunday too

I got headphones there, and on the box it said 5 dollars. I paid w/ 10 dollars and only got 1 dollar back, I know there is tax, but I sure think I got scammed. I was a idiot to not think of the receipt.
