I had an employee unlock a handbag & was told to go on line when I finish shopping & it will be at the counter.When I was paying for my items I informed the employee that I had a bag they were holding. She forgot to ring the bag up. When I finally noticed it wasn’t in my bag I phoned the store. They said they were closing & it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Unprofessional employees! They wouldn’t even hold it for me for tomorrow. Horrible store!

Employee literally yelled at me until I cried because I wanted to check to see if lipstick was used before purchasing. I opened one (NONE of them are sealed, I would never open a sealed product) and of course, it was used so I put it back. This lady has the nerve to tell me not to open them when literally I’ve bought used makeup before because people put open products back in. I’m extremely disgusted and upset. Never coming back here again. Not to mention- when I continued to open the product she told me “had never been opened” it was LITERALLY USED!!! When I told her that she continued to ARGUE WITH ME saying it wasn’t! Unbelievable! She has short light grey hair and red glasses. If you want to be harassed to the point of tears, come here!

Pretty neat when compared to others. Short wait online. Clean fitting room. Extremely nice cashier, and fitting room clerk; she was very accommodating. Overall good experience here.

I have been in this store several times before but yesterday I had a very bad experience. No one could help me with what I needed. Everyone were rude to me and my friend. The employees were not interested to help me or my friend. I never had this issue before because there was always one associate in the Jewelry dept who went far and beyond for me. She always helped us with whatever we needed and when she is not there, the store is horrible because associates don’t know what they are doing.

This store has excellent prices! Customer service needs A LOT of work. The employees I encountered did not want to communicate with me when I said, hello to them. Again at checkout the guy seemed as though he just wanted me gone. Zero communication between the 2 of us.Maybe it is just me that feels the cashier, at a minimum, should greet the customer that walks up to his or her register. I hate to say they were all rude when they never said a word to me. Yet, they were all rude.Nevertheless, that's why 3 stars.

Catherine P is an actual angel sent to the world only to lead others on how patience prevails! Catherine was very helpful while checking out my family, all of while who were becoming impatient with holiday, Black Friday Madness. Catherine’s title read COORDINATOR, but she was truly an ambassador of peace and harmony in this TJ Maxx corner store. Thank you, Catherine, from my family to yours!!!

I'm giving the store four stars because parking is ample and free, the store is always clean and usually well organized andthe employees are nice.Not giving 5 stars because the selection is very very limited in every department and there aren't many sale or clearance items. Not terrible but could be better

More cashiers are needed. Returns are on the same line as purchases. This is an inconvenience. Wait times are somewhat long with limited staff and co workers don't help out when they know they are needed.

Well organized for a TJ Maxx. Stuffs not scattered everywhere. Checkout is fast. Prices and selections are excellent. Store is very clean, even the bathrooms are spotless.

Such a pleasure to shop here. Bright, well thought out floor plan. Fabulous staff so helpful and the store itself has a really positive upbeat vibe. I'll be back for my holiday items soon. Thank you for providing a delightful shopping experience

Small men's section but it is kind of a mini TJ Maxx, so not surprising. Despite its lack of size, my wife managed to spend over an hour there anyway. So, basically, women will like this location, but not guys.

I am Deaf/Blind, I went to this TJ Maxx to test my ability to make a purchase. I would say it went ok. I picked a item and paid with little difficulty. This is not always easy right before Christmas. I would recommend this store to anyone
