I went to pharmacy and was told the medication was over the counter I waited 15 minutes to be seen I wanted to get the medication and the RUDE PHARMACIST Melody name started with a M DID not HELP told me to pay what I had did not give me a chance to get medication or have someone get it for me. The medication I need was a probiotic. Her concern was the line. She could of told me to get it then take care of another customer then ring me up when I got it. Pharmacist need to learn social skill.She should be fired. I lived 20 plus year In Bergenfield always came to this pharmacy truly miss the other employees. Poor customer service.

The pharmacists themselves are very nice. I can't say the same for the pharmacy staff, there is this one nice woman but the rest of the staff is extremely rude. I've had them ignore me and show me attitude. I called to check if my prescription was ready and was met with terrible attitude. I asked why he was showing me attitude, and was told that it was because I was showing him attitude. A pharmacy is the one place that bad treatment towards patients isn't an option--you can't ignore and be be mean to person who needs their medicine.Otherwise the store staff are great, huge selection of snacks and drinks on the go. Love the store staff and the pharmacists, but not the pharmacy staff.

Was trying to call to see if they had a vaccine I needed was met with a man who sent to me to pharmacy and put me on hold for 20 minutes until abruptly hanging up, now saying that my case wasn’t that serious, but if it was someone else who had a more serious problem this rite aid store clearly doesn’t care much for the people.

My wife went to get a vaccine because she is immunocompromised and got an entire lecture from the antivax pharmacist about how there's "no scientific proof vaccines work" and "doctors get a kickback everytime someone gets a vaccine" so you really shouldn't trust them. Ultimately my wife left because she felt so uncomfortable with the pharmacist's stance and didn't trust that he wouldn't a) hurt her or b) inject her with saline. What type of lunacy is being allowed at this pharmacy? Stay far far far away.

I am calling pharmacies to see if anyone has an availability for the flu shot. I just had a rude experience with a female pharmacist over the phone. She hung up on me and told me to look online for information for the flu shot. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I purchased gummie vitamins which i discovered was open and half empty. Seems like they were eaten and placed back on the shelf. I also noticed management following me around the store which is fustrating being that i have been been a regular customer for years.

The manager followed us around and assumed we were stealing because I pulled my phone out of my pocket. He then told us it was a crime to steal. We felt very attacked and uncomfortable because he followed us around the store. He did have a legitimate question because he saw me put my hand in my pocket but didnt see my phone. Before leaving, I tried to tell him that it made me uncomfortable and he walked right past me and rolled his eyes. I told him I would've preferred for him to ask instead of automatically assuming and accusing us of stealing. I tried to be polite but this man was very rude and he just lost a customer that has been shopping there for years. He was very unprofessional and seemed creepy and stalker-like.

It’s a great pharmacy unfortunately the staff is always in a rush, they get mad because you asked questions and they treat you like that they don’t worry about your concerns and they give you an attitude. I wish I could have another pharmacy that I can go to but unfortunately I’m forced to go to this one, I hope they change and put friendly and caring staff in the future.

This is the worst Rite Aid store, the employees are so unpleasant and unfriendly. Especially the Indian ones. A short one and one with glasses. I have to report an incident that happened with one of them to their supervisor.
