I always shop at this pet shop, unfortunately I had a bad experience at this place! and when I called over the phone the manager who's name I forgot is always rude moody has no customer service skills at all he has a really poor way of treating people.And a couple of friends have had the same experience with this store manager the rest of the crew are really nice people they have the patience to walk with u around the store help u find stuff without attitude and always receive u with a smile and always willing to help hopefully they will get rid of this person with a bad personality and is always snapping when's he's asked a question and does not deserve the position he has I give the five stars for the rest the crew but if was him working his self I WOULD BOTHER PUTTING A SINGLE STAR. Thank you to the rest of the crew to Portland for being so nice and friendly and I hope they do something about this manager's customer service skills I definitely will stop going the days he works
