I have had great experiences shopping and buying carpet at Campbell’s carpet and today I had another great experience with the carpet cleaning services they provide.My dog was sick in the middle of the night in 3 different rooms.Evan cleaned 2 of the 3 areas without any signs of the stains that she had left.The more stubborn area was in my bedroom where I have very light carpeting.He suggested I try the color restore/repair as an added service…. and within 5 minutes- stubborn stain vanished.Highly recommend them. Evan was professional and punctual and gave helpful advice for the future should this happen again. Thanks so much!! Will definitely use them again.

Campbell's Carpet is the best. I highly recommend them. I just had my handmade heavy Oriental rugs cleaned by them and they look fabulous! The quality of their service is excellent and their prices are competitive. It takes a week or two to clean (depending on the treatment) but it is well worth it. The guys who deliver it back are very nice and helpful but be sure to tell them the exact placement to avoid any issues. Also, be sure to call and set appointment for the return of the rugs. It's a family run business that takes pride in their work and service. I've also purchased wall to wall carpeting from them and it's still looking good.

As always Campbell’s carpet cleaned my rugs after my 4 dogs had “fun” playing on them. They did an impeccable job. Justin and Maurice were so nice and respectful. They are regulars in my home. We love how seriously they take their work. Reasonably priced too!

The staff is wonderful in finding the perfect selection and the crew installs and cleans with the greatest care. I should have taken before and after photos. Campell's employees Evan and Pat did a fantastic job of getting stains out of the carpeting and the upholstery. Excellent work, and I thank Campbell's for sending them on the same day that I called.

I have used Campbell’s for over 30 years. They always do a great job. I called them this morning at 8:30 because my water heater broke and flooded our basement. They were at my house before 10. I wish every service person I used was as reliable as Campbell’s.

I called to arrange to have a commercial carpet cleaned and the person I spoke to was rude and spoke to me like I was a moron. When I told him I didn’t want a steam cleaning he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the carpet shampooed with the brusheslike I have had in the past . He then told me we used to travel in propeller planes but we have jets now. I proceeded to tell him I had no use for his services. This after I left a message with the receptionist to have someone return my call which he never did. I HAD TO CALL BACK !!!!
