Trinity pet is the best reptile/pet shop you will find around here. Carol answers all your questions with her plethora of vast knowledge. Grace is also a great asset to Trinity. Very knowledgeable as well. My python has had hundreds of mice and rats from here and is growing spectacularly.

Carol and her staff are the absolute best. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all your animals needs. They offer services for your animals that no other place will such as boarding and feeding programs. You can tell they really care about their animals and what they do. I will always recommend others here, even for advice. You won’t find a better shop or people in the industry!

I was at this pet shop for feeders because my normal pet store didn't have the feeders I needed. All they did was talk bad about my normal pet store. It was very rude and uncalled for. I will never go back. Professional business should never talk about someone that way. Excotic pet is a small community as it is and we don't need people in the business like that. Terrible my store even told me that if he didn't have to go there and he even talked nice about the owner. Imagine what she says about costumers when there not there. Wow.

Carol is amazing. She’s very detailed and ensures the pets/family member she supplies goes to a good home. Always ensures you have the proper necessities you need to provide for all pets. She has followed up with me showing me how to feed and maintain my babies through videos and helping me through it because sometimes I’m an over thinker. She and the staff there have hearts of gold. My son and I love to visit and always walk out with something or my son being so excited about a new reptile he wants. Sometimes she even helps you decide what’s right for you and your families needs. One time I wanted a monitor and was educated the amount of time, energy and patience I would need to invest in this species. Nevertheless I’m sticking to my ball pythons. Love our babies. Lionheart, Bella, Snow White (which happens to be a boy, lol) tiger and now a new member which just purchased and awaiting my son to give me a name. She’s amazing and makes everyone family. Keep up the great work Carol. I travel over 45 miles per way to see you because of your customer service. Your simply amazing.

Great store for reptile owners. Only place I didn't get static for inquiring about feeder mice. I used to bring my snake for the 20 min ride there. He came in with me and would get so excited seeing and smelling his next snack. Very nice people and quick with helpful advice

Brought kids bearded dragon that wasn't doing to well. A vet was too far so I gave this place a shot. Gave us a good prognosis and recommendations. I would have bought from here but google snubs searches. Gave helpful info that would have been beneficial from start than trying to sell more items like petco.

I’d leave a negative star. Every single time I go there, they are closed. Idk how they make money. 6 times in a row. Not open. So my snake starves. Sussex county feed and pet supply are open 7 days a week.

This amazing pet store has the right priorities, the animals they care for! 👏 👏👏 The owner and staff are not just knowledgeable and friendly but extremely generous when it comes to people who truly love their pets! They are also unbending if they feel a person isn't up to the task of caring for a pet, which is extremely adorable. I am very fortunate that Trinity Pet is my local pet shop!

I got my two very precious and adorable baby Leapard Geckos here and I really recommend this place. They take really good care of there animals and reptiles. My sister also got a hamster here as well and it was the cutest thing! Trinity Pet is a great place to find a new friend. The people there are friendly and understanding. They know everything about there pets, better then any big chain pet store employee can tell ya.

I just recently discovered this pet store, and am very thankful. The owner is very knowledgeable and seems to care deeply for all of pets in her store, very much unlike those pet store chains. All of the tanks are kept clean and each reptile has his own space. I have visited the store twice now, each time bringing one of my reptiles with me. My babies are treated with the utmost care and all of my questions are answered without hesitation. My leopard gecko is currently having a problem eating and the owner very graciously offered for me to bring him in a few times a week to help feed him until he is doing better. Even though the store was very busy, the owner took her time with me and never dismissed any of my concerns just so she could move on to the next customer. The waiting customers must feel like I do because none of them seemed impatient, in fact, some of them were also taking part in the conversation I was having and adding in some of their own thoughts also. I have finally found my new favorite pet store.

They are one of the best exotic pet stores I’ve seen to date, from their knowledge to their care of the animals...they are fantastic. My wife and I are proud to count the owners as our friends...and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Great place for our pet's supplies but I've been there 2x since March, and both times staff was not wearing masks.My father has a lung disease and this has made me very uncomfortable. I think from now on I'm going to see if I can call in my order and do a curbside pickup.I understand that it may be difficult to wear a mask in a small shop with lots of -well cared for- animals, but if you have a high risk family member you may want to reconsider entering the store.

I went there for medium size mice for my Ball Python. They have frozen and live mice, it so happens there was no frozen mice for my snake. But they were able to give fresh (live) and kill them on the spot so that I could freeze them when I got home. Prices are great and all the people there were very friendly. This will be my new store!

I feel like I learn something new most everytime I go in here. Fair prices on feeder insects and there are some stunning animals in here. If they don't have something in stock they will help us get it or point us in the right direction. I'm hoping to keep coming here for a long time. Thanks for being here.

Carol and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They know so much about the animals and you can tell they love each one of them. I've been in pet stores before where they dont have much information on the animals and dont care either but this one is not like that. You wont be let down. Plus the iguana is my favorite, everytime I'm there it puts a smile on my face.
