Angel and her partner Mark were unbelievably sweet and kind. I’m from out of town and had to go to the ER unexpectedly, so I showed up quite distressed on their doorstep with my pup. Angel lives up to her name— she treated me with so much kindness, and checked in on me several times during my dog’s stay. I also saw both Angel and Mark treat the other dogs in their care with so much patience and gentleness. I truly can’t recommend them enough! Thank you both again for helping me out during a difficult time.

My puppy just had her 1st grooming experience. There was great communication before, during, and after the appointment. Easy to find location. Great pricing. My puppy looks absolutely adorable. She smells amazing. I would definitely recommend Hairy Tails Groom & Room to everyone.

Absolutely wonderful in home boarding service. Our German Shepherd is always well taken care of and happy while she’s with Angel. Angel takes time to send you updates on your pet while you’re away. Angel also grooms our GSD and takes extra care of her sensitive skin. We just love her!

My husband and I were coming from out of town and needed a boarding service to watch our 1 year old puppy for the day while we went cross country skiing nearby. We came across Hairy Tails during an online search and we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. The owner, Angel, was a dream to work with. Communication before our arrival was a breeze and it was easy to coordinate drop off/pick up times. When we dropped off our puppy, you could tell that she truly cares and treats each dog as if they were her own. She sent us videos of our puppy playing with the other dogs during the day to reassure us that he was doing ok. Her partner even took the time to hand feed my puppy at lunch as he sometimes struggles with eating in a new environment. This place is a 10/10. Do not have any hesitation boarding your dog here. If we lived in town, we would absolutely be regular customers.

My chocolate lab is high energy and can be a handful! Each time he returns from Hairy Tales he looks and feels wonderful!! He just spent a week with Angel at Hairy Tales and he had a great experience. Angel treated him like he was one of her own and sent updates on how he was doing throughout the week. Now I have a very sleepy dog at home from all of his walks and playing with her dog : ) Thank you, Angel!!

Angel was an absolute angel!! She was very sweet and even though she had limited availability she was able to squeeze a grooming session for my cat Amelia as soon as she was able! Amelia is fluffy, happy, and quick. She also gifted me a little key chain photo of my baby which made me smile so much!! Well worth it!

The grooming room is so adorable, clean and relaxing. One on One attention. Angel gives special care and treatment specific for each dog. Flexible hours. Angel even groomed my 2 big dogs on a Sunday, which took most of her afternoon but that goes to show you how dedicated she is to her profession and the love of pets. My dogs looked wonderful and so refreshed. You will love this groomer and the special attention she gives you and your pets.

I can't say enough about Angel. She treats your pet just as you would, with love and kindness. She provides one-on-one service to each of her clients. I brought my dog to her to be groomed and for a massage on his hind leg. He came back from her soft as can be and relaxed. Oh and with an adorable picture magnet for the fridge :) Thank you for taking care of my Henry, Angel!

I cannot say enough great things about Hairy Tails. Angel is truly an angel! I've moved around a lot in the last 10 years that I've had my dachshund in my life.. trying out many different groomers and NONE compare to Angel. I came up to NY from NC to have her groom my TT girl. I don't know how she does it, but TT has never seemed so happy and comfortable at a grooming appt before. Angel is so sweet & easy to communicate with, her scheduling is on point, she must be some sort of dog whisperer based on the way TT has ZERO anxiety there, she does REMARKABLE work and very fairly priced, and she always surprises us with photos, gifts, etc. I mean, she is truly passionate about her work - if you can even call it that. It seems more like a lifestyle for her. To reiterate, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family, friend, or stranger to take perfect care of their fur babies. Thanks so much Angel! (& co).

I took my puppy there for 4 days while we went away. Angel and her husband were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable leaving our pup there! She sent me daily updates and pictures letting us know how she was doing. She was so tired when she got home she layed around for hrs!!! I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could!! Great clean environment, we will certainly use them in the future💯👍😉

Last fall we adopted a beautiful little husky Aiko. Being very high energy and inquisitive, it wasn't long before she was filthy and full of burdock. Aiko made very clear that she was not going to let me give her a bath.I had driven by Hairy Tails for years and had never had reason to call until now. There was a cancellation. Angel and Mark were able to book an immediate appointment.Both are very pleasant and engaging. The grooming area is very clean & open with lots of natural light. I left my little girl with them absolutely confident it their ability. About an hour later Angel texted my a photo & told me I could pick her up. I was not disappointed!I told them just how pleased I was & that they now have a new loyal client. I couldn't be more pleased!Hairy Tails is very good at what they do and booking an appointment might take a little while (urgent/emergency visits are accepted at additional cost), but it experience is well worth it!

Angel is terrific! She does a great job and knows how to handle my kitty who can be a handful at times. Angel is professional, friendly and very accommodating especially when kitty needs an "emergency " visit! Wouldn't go any where else!

I've used Hairy Tails for both grooming and pet sitting for my dog. I can't say enough about the expert care and attention he's received! Angel has an amazing way with animals and truly cares for them as if they were her own. Hairy Tails is hands-down my only choice when it comes to my pets.

Angel and Mark are the best! They took such good care of my older Vizsla Irae until he crossed the rainbow bridge. I left him with them for overnight stays and longer vacations. He always had a good time and they were very understanding about his quirks. On several occasions they came to my rescue when I had personal emergencies. I cannot praise them enough. If I ever get another dog her or she would stay with them for sure.

I am a new puppy mom & was a little anxious dropping our girl off with a groomer we’ve never met before. Angel met us at the door ready to take care of Scout with open arms. She was kind, professional and took the time to describe the service to us. I received a text when she was finished with a photo of Scout and when I came back to pick her up, Angel’s husband was tossing the tennis ball around with Scout. We even received a framed photo (plus a treat!) as a thank you. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

The best place to have your pet groomed or to stay! Teddy and Cooper love going there and sleeping over. It gives me great piece of mind knowing that my boys are well taken care of when we have to go somewhere. They re treated like they were their own. Love Angel and Mark!

Our dog Georgie stayed here this past weekend. He LOVED it and has been sleeping since he came home last night! He was so exhausted from all the playtime he received. Cute place, very friendly, and they knew what they were doing with a feisty cat that hates getting her nails clipped. My other cat was very comfortable as well. Will definitely be going back and maybe trying some of the other grooming options they have next time.

Angel truly is an angel!!!! My husband I found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. We were leaving for our honeymoon in less than a week for 12 days and we had to let our puppy sitter go:( We literally exhausted all options and thankfully we found hairy tails...angel called us back right away and made us feel at ease about leaving our furbaby for such a long time....oh and angel said sure, we’ll take your furbaby! With such short notice we were over the moon and so very thankful that we found hairy tails. Our furbaby had a blast and was pooped out when we picked him up:)). We received daily texts and videos to make us feel comfortable...and our baby can’t wait to go back! Lol! It was like a vacation for our furbaby too:). Highly recommend angel if your looking for a happy, safe place to Board your pup. You’ll be able to leave your furbaby and feel like they are being treated with love:) thank you angel and hairy tails for allowing us to have our dream honeymoon! My angst-ridden little dogs have always had to be drugged before a visit to the groomer. Hairy Tails is the first place willing to work on having them become comfortable without drugs and dare I hope, actually enjoy the process some day!Of course, this is a long, slow process requiring compassion and oodles of patience. That's exactly what they get at Hairy Tails. My other grooming experiences have often been a "conveyer belt" experience. Not so at Hairy Tails. They have the spa to themselves with calming music and relaxing aromas. It wouldn't surprise me if there's a little doggie sauna in the back some where!They used to come home having to sleep off their drugs for the rest of the day. Now they come home in a relaxed and happy state!Angel is... well, an angel!

I was so relieved to find such a great place to board my puppy for the day! I love the cage free, family style environment. And I even got a video of my puppy playing while I was away, which eased my nerves a lot. Thank you so much! Definitely will be visiting again.

I brought my cat, Phoenix in for a lion cut & bath. He was such a mess and has never been groomed before. Angel did such an amazing job! He looks incredible and is walking around like the king of the house. Purrrrfection!!!

I took my YellowLabrador to get groomed and when I picked her up she looked gorgeous!!!! She smells so clean and is so soft. Angel does a wonderful job I will be a returning costumer.
