This location deserves a 0. They might be Dog friendly but definitely not cat friendly. I took my cat to get nails trimmed and bathed not even 20 minutes of bringing my cat in I get a phone call to pick him up. They can’t seem to get my cat done after I switched times and brought my cat earlier because Julia said my cat would be better with less dogs more calming. Either way they are a business and know how to handle cats and dogs. If they can’t handle a cat then they should reconsider their jobs. When I picked up my cat the girls were rude wouldn’t even look or talk to me I asked for my cat and walked out. I will never give this location my business again

Never bring your cat to this groomer. They have no idea how to handle cats. My husband was called to pick up our cat early because she had scratched another person and they could not finish the job. When he got there, he was told that they accidentally cut her nipple and she was bleeding which was the reason that our cat scratched her. They said to bring her back another day so they could finish the job! We will never go back there!

good morning, this morning I took my dog ​​to be bathed and when I went to get her the dog was very restless, she almost fell off the woman's table and she spoke to her upset, when I came out I checked her nails and unfortunately she cut them even the nerve in her left leg, the dog did not stop complaining until she got home and fell asleep, when I came in in the morning I said hello and no one responded there I knew something was wrong, they seemed in a bad mood but it's my fault for not paying attention of my intuition. Please, if they are new, they cannot cut nails because animals also feel pain

The people that work here of always been nothing but sweet. They are quick with a pet to my dog and genuinely truly seem to enjoy their job. I have been there a number of times to ask about their opinions on dog food and they've always been able to give some great advice

We booked two weeks in advance for both dogs to be done. We go to drop off our dogs to be told one of them wasn’t scheduled today, when we showed the confirmation that it was in fact today, they told us there was nothing they could do and they were booked. I don’t understand when we booked two weeks advanced we should be given that time, and if some emergency came up isn’t someone suppose to call to see if we could reschedule and not change the appointment without consulting us? This is not the first time petsmart with this location and another location has done this. Completely unprofessional and a disregard to your clients.

Both my dogs (Weimaraners) have been coming here for nail trims. Lola doesn't particularly love it, and dances around the entire time; they always have 2 people, 1 trimming her nails, the other holding her for safety. They usually tell me to walk around, but I always stay to make sure she is more comfortable seeing me. Today was no different. In walks Megan. I watch her carefully approach Lola, slightly intimidated, which I thought was odd, trying to decide whether or not to pet her, and she proceeds to pet her on the head. Suddenly she jumps back and looks at me in pure shock, "she bit me!!!" I looked straight at her and said, "she did not bite you, I just saw the entire thing." She again claimed she bit her. The assistant asked if she was okay, she said, oh yeah, I'm fine. Fine??? You just got bit - no marks, nothing??? I was furious. I told them, I'm not an in denial pet parent, she is almost 12 years old and has never been aggressive a day in her life! Just imagine if I walked around the store, the story I would have gotten when I returned!!!! I told them not to clean her ears, just finish her nails. Megan stated, "that's probably why she bit me, she thought I was going to clean her ears." Again, I said, she did not bite you! If you bring your dog there, do NOT let Megan near them - she is in the wrong profession!!!

This petsmart is definitely a little on the small side, which is why I only give it 4 stars. The staff, however, is wonderful and everyone seemed super knowledgeable! Even in the fish area, they had lots of tips and useful information handwritten to let people know about different myths and how to properly care for their animals. Though it's a little small, and they didn't have as much as the usual one I go to, I find myself more likely to return here just for the employees alone, and how stocked the store was despite the size.

Extremely disappointed. Our pet had an appointment booked at least a month in advance. I woke up to a voice mail from Amanda letting me know that the groomer we selected, Julia wasn’t coming in today. She didn’t offer to groom my dog today herself, as the manager, or suggest another groomer to take care of our dog. She pushed my appointment an entire week out to a time and date that doesn’t work well for us.if you’re going to do that, at least work with us on a time. You so easily cancelled our appointment, I guess no one else’s appointment can be moved around as well? I understand things happen but this isn’t right. We had to call back and only then did she offer a small discount. I don’t like the way Amanda treated us and acted like our time isn’t important. She needs further training if this is the so called manager you have on staff. I want a reply back from management.

They have budget friendly prices and always well stocked.I didn't bring my dog there for training, but I had a few questions on what would work best for my dog. The trainer Allie was AWESOME! She was genuinely plesant and took the time to explain why her recondition was more appropriate.

Samantha always does such a great job grooming our Toby. She is very friendly and welcoming. Always tries to make our baby feel comfortable when we arrive. I love that he is done within a few hours. We are very pleased overall with the service and value! Thank you Samantha!!

Love this PetSmart ! Given it has a Banfield Pet hospital inside, they carry a good assortment of the prescription food my dog needs due to his severe allergies.

Great staff! The fish guy is "magical." register personel is a little rough around the edges but will bend over backwards for you. The store is super clean compared to other pet stores! Managers are awesome. Go there!

UPDATE: After going to PetSmart for grooming services, my opinion has not changed. The staff are really great at their job. They always greet my baby by name and are experience is always a positive one. I've also have used their boarding services 2 times. It is always hard to leave her behind but I know she is in good hands and we can speak to her everyday and get updates on her wellbeing. Which makes a big deal to us.My Ginger had a wonderful experience at Petsmart. This was her first time being groomed. I know she was nervous and so were we but the staff was friendly, kind, careful. The trim and bathing service was exceptional. I would highly recommend their services. Ginger left smelling terrific and with the cutest bow and bandana. She was ready for her photoshoot 🌺💕
