The manger is literally sooo racist it’s disgusting like I returned smug because my husband brought it I returned it all you need is the receipt & debit card you used to pay with I had when she seen me a young African American women which is a rapper celebrity having big following ! She looked at me up and down like you payed “ 600 “ for this & looked at my receipt and asked me for my id ! To match the debit card when you do not need that when you have a receipt she said my card didn’t match my id so she can’t return it which is not the policy !!! Then she told me I had to Apple Pay my card !! & I can’t use my own husband card saying that’s fraud ! Never in my life returning at homegoods did they ask me for a id She was bias towards me because of my skin I was so disturbed I felt uncomfortable even shopping because she called a male worker to the door . To stand up there at the door to look at me to see if I was stealing I was sooo disturbed & I told myself I’m going to make sure this manger on the late shift gets reported I promise I was going to tell my lawyer & follow thru with it .!!!

Awesome place to find a nice gift or something for yourself. Lots of affordable home decor pieces. Abundant selection of seasonal serving platters, dishes, towels, ice buckets for the summer and limited but cute outdoor and indoor furniture. I found some really pretty baking cups.This location has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible.

I love Home Goods I got a gift card and had to go spend it. I couldn't wait the amazing prices they have are out of this world. I did not expect to find so many things that I wanted to purchase. The only negative thing that I could possibly say is the lines were very long and they weren't enough cashiers but I highly recommended shopping Home Goods they have everything. I will be back.

Always greeted by someone with a smile. I love that they hand you a cleaned cart. And it’s so nice to drift through the isles and escape to a happy place and find the perfect item to bring someone joy!

This home goods is normally great, but in the past couple weeks its been slim pickings. But I just got a great dog food container for super cheap and it's great quality and fits easily under my sink. Holds up to about 40lbs. Good location to shop at over all.

I've been to every home goods in NY and I must say one thing...the most organized store and the best customer service you can ask for. The manager Latonya is the most professional person I met. She's very helpful and keep the store looking amazing!! I was so impressed that every single section is spotless and displayed perfectly. The best Home Goods !The other locations managers should come and see what the store should look like. If I could give more stars I would probably rate it 100

Store at Port Jeff was cluttered, seemed disorganized. If you dont mind that sort of thing it could be a good place to find decorative elements. Also got followed around by 2 employees while I was there, so heads up: it's THAT kind of place.

While this is by far the dumpiest, must unorganized home goods that I have ever been to, the process are good and because it's so disorganized there are some pretty amazing finds! The home goods is in need of a remodel, but the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

there was basically no selection of baking goods. One whole side of the baking aisle was completely empty. The rest of the store seemed more in disarray than usual. But I still like it. I'll definitely be going back.

Always good deals here! Lots of international treats, cool/useful stuff, and seasonal items. Staff is usually courteous and helpful too, the young woman who helped me last night was really nice.

Always love HomeGoods. Can always find something to buy. Went the one on 347 outside Port Jefferson. It was huge and had the dishes we were looking for. Staff was helpful and courteous.

This place is great! It is my gym. I walk all through every aisle of this very large store filled with so many weekly new assortments of everything household. Often go home with some new find.

Always a fabulous buy here. Lines aren't terribly long, wait time is very quick. Associates are always pleasant and accommodating. Love Home Goods.

Beware of the HomeGoods addiction!!!They're always getting new inventory and the store is easy to get to which makes frequent trips a breeze. It's fantastic.You've been warned.

The store was in disarray. Line to check out was extremely long and only 2 cashiers I asked for another cashier. Nothing was done. On my way out I said to the customer service girl (mgr) ya know you should really help these cashiers out.Jump on a register get the line Down as I'm smh... she never did get help for the 2 cashiers. :(

My first time in HomeGoods... last time as well. A collection of tacky tchotchke-like stuff that you'd find all over your great grandmother's house. And so poorly laid out.Like the old Pergament Home stores, but far worse.

Store is awesome. Just wish the associates were not thinking about closing 1 gour before hand. I was in retail..i get it..but to be stuck on a line waiting for 2 registers when only 1 is working..and the person running that reg is talking to an associate.who is done woth his shift and going home..while i wait is absolutely annoying. The manager should have adjusted, instead of playing stupid. And before she complains: I have over 8 years in retail and mgmt. Old and new exp. Two working registers could have emptied line in 5 min then pre prep closing checking list could have resumed. What is corporate teaching their managers?
