I have had a great experience with Hidden Dog Fence Co. They came and installed the fence very quickly (2/3 acre) and gave me training steps to follow for 2 weeks to get the dog used to the fence and train him on where it is. The setting are turned out at this time. After 2 weeks he came back and did a training lesson with it turned up and to figure out the proper correction level. My Golden pretty much had it down the by the next day. 2 years later we added another collar for another Golden. The older collar broke today (Sunday) and they still got by to me within a few hours on what to expect for replacement. Their customer service contacted me this morning (Monday) and the replacement process is underway. Very Happy!Service: Dog fence installation
