Without a doubt the most inefficient and I assume understaffed Stop and Shop pharmacy in the entire chain. Always ALWAYS a line right now at 6:30 on a Tuesday the line is at least 11 customers deep. Always only one person to check out customer’s minimum two working on prescriptions only. They need to do better I can’t tolerate it anymore nobody has 30 minutes to wait on a line to pick up prescriptions that we call in ahead of time in my case no less than 5 days ahead of when I need them.

4 or more staff stand there for extended periods of time while lines grow and grow before anyone even acknowledges you. When asked if someone will be coming they say yes and continue to ignore another 10 minutes. Its like this every time you go in- excessively long waits and no aknowledgement that anyone even sees you.

ello ni le importa realmente las personas que tienen años buscando su medicina, hoy día hable con alguien porque tenia que buscar el medicamento de mi hija y según ellos no la tenían pues pregunte si podían darme unas cuantas hasta que la tengan, y simplemente me dijo no y me cerro el teléfono,...no entiendo en el caso de mi hija con epilepsia su medicamento los necesita. y tener unos cuantos extras debería de ser una opcion. pésimo servicio al cliente lamentablemente

They never ever have the medicine that the doctors send to the Stop and Shop Pharmacy. And because of this I always have to wait until the next day to get my medicine.
