Some days this is a favorite Marshalls because it’s off the beaten path. The cashiers are usually kind and courteous although the lines can be long. The fitting room is generally clean, restroom depends on the day. I have definitely been lucky finding items here after searching other locations. I also have a thing for covered parking garages… a treat on hot, rainy or snowy days. Worth a trip.

I am shopping in this store many years and always received good customer service . So I was surprised around two weeks ego when I come to return TF jacket . Casher left to look for manager, for long time without telling me what is a problem. Mananger show up telling me I can’t returned jacket because tag sad suit collection . I pointed that tag also sad separates and not two pieces , but she make up her mind that I am steeling skirt or pants .Next day I return jacket at Hartsdale store .Your managers need better training .

I asked at what time they closed and a worker there said 7pm, annoyed. It was way after 7 with customers still shopping cause on Wednesdays they close at 11, not sure why she gave me an attitude

In all my many years on this earth, I've NEVER experienced a bathroom this disgusting!! When I reported the very unhygienic bathroom to the manager, her undisturbed demeanor made it worse!!!!

Someone greets you at the door. I find a great many tea, olive oils, and shoes here. Friendly staff. Will be shopping here again for towels and bedding.

One of the nicest Marshall's I have ever visited. Well stocked and clean store. This store has wider than usual aisles as well. Easy covered parking.

Huge selection various designers and off-hand clothing decently priced like it should be in this day and age let's be honest. People have lost thier dam minds with pricing. However marshalls is here to help you keep your flick and glam. Very helpful employees as well

This Marshall's is GREAT for its size! (Which is surprisingly small compared to other locations.) My girlfriend and I shopped here for nearly 3 hours this weekend 😂😂 It was pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to returning again in the near future.Overall Rating: 10/10 🔥🔥🔥

It seems like no matter what time I go, the line is ridiculously long, and no matter how many people are on line, they only have 3 cashiers ringing. Average wait time on line is probably 10-15 minutes. Everything is kind of everywhere & the store is an organized mess but the prices are fair, if you can actually find something.

Great prices on a large variety of products. The only problem is that there are many items that are returned to the store and put back on shelves for resale at clearance price. Be aware of product packaging; if the price is very low, there's a chance the item was recently returned by a previous customer and is being resold. This may mean some items are by manufactured default defective or of substandard quality.

By far the most efficient marshalls I have been to the cashiers are insanely fast it’s almost comical. Best markdowns on candles and name brand cosmetics. Five stars all around.

Not as many bargains on food items as you would think. Nice place to go if you have time to kill. If you cant find a BBBeyond for linens and towels etc this is your go to place

Need a last-minute purchase that is of quality while reasonably priced for gifts? This is your place to go! Marshall's has saved me on numerous occasions. And in comparison to other locations, this store is clean and well-organized.

Very clean and organized Marshalls. Easy to find items and nice selection. The prices aren't the best that I've seen at Marshall's but the selection is above-average. The lines were long but moved quickly and the staff was helpful and courteous.

I bought a $18 water bottle and the lady forgot to put it in the bag, she left it at t he store and since I don’t live in port Chester I came a month later and they didn’t give me my money back or the water bottle...like how is it my fault the worker didn’t put the bottle in the bag?! I also bought a cat scratcher for $8 and they ran out or stopped selling them so they couldn’t find a barcode for it and couldn’t return it either so I lost $16 and I had to wait a whole hour on the line

It used to be my favorite place to shop. One day ago i bought the wrong size for a pair of shoes, and one of the workers said i couldnt returned them because they were used. I used it for half a day and i had my receipt and he didnt even bother looking at my receipt, when they even told me to come back with the shoe box which i did. I’m never shopping at this place again. The costumer service from that guy was terrible.

It had what I needed but I couldn't buy it because the lines were 30 people long and with only one or two people on the registers, both of whom has zero interest in doing anything efficiently, I was half an hour late for my grandfather's wake and watch empty-handed.

I really like this Marshalls store. I know I can walk into this store and know exactly where to go to find everything I need. They work hard to keep the store running smoothly. I am a pretty regular customer. My only gripe is that they keeps their clothing way to long. I can come one winter and see something from a few winters still floating around.

Return policy sucks! 1 day only passed 30 days return. Brand new shirt. Got a store credit instead. And now one more plastic in the wallet. Amazon cheaper!

Bad experience. Do not recommend going. My husband was trying on A PAIR of shoes. We are discussing the shoes in english and my husband puts the box on the seat to walk and see how the shoes feel. Next thing we know this women in spanish starts complaining that we left a mess. When I responded in spanish she looked at me in shock that my husband and I spoke Spanish. I told the women My husband and I did not make the mess we only have 1 box which we are still using. The woman starts to get loud that everyone always makes a mess. I understand where the lady is coming from but A. Its part of your job. B. you are yelling at the wrong people. There was a group of people before us that took out half of the shoes and yet no comment for them. Definitely not going back.
