Unfortunately closing down this week so they literally had none of the menu items available to order, and all of the food was super cold, meat, buns...food tasted stale, no one ended up eating their order, the only thing that was slightly warm were the fries. All the tables were dirty which we cleaned ourselves and the rep who served us was coughing and didn't go wash her hands. We wanted to cancel our order.

Very high over priced & they didn't even have the right amount of burgers ordered. Very slow. Poor experience. Too much money $15.10 for a #3? 4.77 was cheapest burger and I ordered 3- only recieved 2. I checked the bag & they had the burgers in there to appear as if it were 3. Very few customers and weren't ready to serve anyone. The crew seemed like they were stoned. That's fine but you can still do your job. I think that they were tripping on acid. Shrooms... I now see why they were so disorganized and silly.

Dudes this is at a travel stop. You know what you're getting. If you want 5 stars you'd do well to exit the thruway. My cheeseburgers were all onion and mustard, and my kids nuggets looked double fried. It was fast though, and that is what matters when you're driving 10 hours a day.

It was 1:40am & my partner & i had been driving for hours and on maps, the port bryon mcdonald’s said it was open 24hrs so we stopped here because we were so hungry and needed a drink. Got in there to see mcdonald was closed (the gate wasn’t down but registers were all off). However who i assumed to be the manager, came right up to us and at least got us drinks. We were very appreciative. 4 stars because they should probably update their hours but the employee was extremely nice!

I was going to only leave three stars since the ice cream machine wasn't working bc they've been "waiting on parts for three and a half weeks" as per Mr ponytail. Yet I've been going there for about 2 months and gotten a milkshake at least once a week since I started going. But as I finish my meal, I go to drink my chocolate milk ( since I couldn't get my milkshake ), and to my delight my milk is sour. Thanks a lot, maybe loosen your ponytail a little bit next time so you won't have to roll your eyes when I order a french fry at midnight

Some shifts, just dont care. Just now (8/31/22, 10:20pm), i ordered just like i do every night, i said, "can u make the fries crispy, yesterday they were raw" ... the response was, "that'll be $13.24" (they know im a cdl a driver and rarely offer the discount they proudly display on the wall) ... just basically ignored my request and acted like i didnt exist. The girl has literally no customer service training, or just doesnt care. Tired of getting raw food here, and big bird (fat girl in the yellow shirt) needs to be corrected - i dont treat your employees as bad as they treat me sometimes and it gets really annoying not knowing if im going to get the good crew or the bad crew every night. Oh and of course - the fries today - RAW AGAIN.

Such an awesome staff, my dog and I were traveling to PA/NJ from upstate NY. It was a super long day as I was moving and my car was packed so we went thru the drive thru, when the girl handed me my order she gave me a burger from her coworkers for my dog. It was so unexpected and just what I needed to remind me that there truly are angels out there in this world. My dog loved it!

Horrible! Restaurant was dirty and smelled. The scummiest bathroom I've ever seen-urine and dirty tissue all over the floor, dirty toilets, smells. I wouldn't feed my dog in the food area. Do yourself a favor and pass on by.

The service was awesome because the crew was fantastic. However, when we got down the highway and started eating, we found a huge chunk of hair in our food. What we did get to eat before we lost our appetites, was good though.

The worst McChicken combos the wife and I have ever had. Smaller in size to the ones we have in Canada, only 1 lonley dill picked as a dressing. The fries were cold. The customer after us returned his food due to the poor quality. Unfortunately as it was at a service station on the NY freeway it was either that or a slice of pizza at the other stand. Every service station for the entire journey from Buffalo to Albany was a McDonalds so when we go back home next week I intend to drive into a town off the freeway for anything other than McDonalds.

26 minutes for a large fry and diet coke. I understand being busy, and understaffed, and training people. But when an order is skipped over and over and then deleted, I have no time for that.

Horrible service. I understand it was early morning, however, at least get the order right. They didn't seem interested at all at working. I was going to walk out as I watched one of them not once look to see if they had customers. At a truck stop no less. I finally made a noise to get their attention. Still, how could you mistake bacon for steak. That's called not paying attention and really having no interest in doing so.

The only guy working and was waiting in 6 people at once was up before 5am and had coffee brewing. That means alot to some of us truckers. He filled my pilot travel mug and gave me a discount. He knows how to support us truckers and he was a great guy.

Mcdonald's is great. BUT, drive through.. one car at a time along with a 20 minute to wait. So if you are traveling give yourself extra time if you are going to stop for coffee and eats. Happy traveling everyone. Drive safely.

I came here for my 30 minute break. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and my food was cold. Two stars because if you take close to 15 minutes, that's okay. But at least come with hot food.

Waited 15 minutes for a sausage mcgriddle and got a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and don't bother calling to speak with a manager because they don't answer the phone. I'm on a six hour car ride home and I didn't plan on stopping again but looks like I'll have to because they can't get an order right, A very simple one at that. Very unhappy with my experience

They were out of so many things at 2 on a Sunday afternoon it was ridiculous. No buffalo sauce no sweet and sour sauce no milk, no apple juice, no this no that. We had to wait 18 minutes for a quarter pounder with cheese. And the woman seemed very annoyed that I asked her what happened to the rest of the order. Truth be told the rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. BTW the fries were so salty they were inedible and for the first time in my life I went back to a counter of a McDonald's and returned something. LOL. However in fairness they took some fries out of the next batch before they salted them- they actually were better without salt. Who knew??

I Work nights and would like to have lunch but everytime I go here it’s ALWAYS CLOSED or if not I get served cold food that I would be waiting for 30 mins. Would get a drink… and the drink would have 1 ice cube in it. Got a breakfast sandwich before here and was hair in it. Lost my appetite.Be the last time I go here. Definitely not worth the wait.

Stopped on my way to NJ, it is a typical McDonald's which is fast food so don't expect much and you should be ok. This McDonald's is like all the rest when it comes to food, Service is not this great. Not very fast considering it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Food not really delicious.

Just brutal these days. Lack of workforce or overworked. These places are just overwhelmed. One location didn't even have fries. Why would I want McDs without fries?
