Store is a big mess, really not neat at all. They have good hours. There was only one counter open, so lines were a bit longer than usual, but man behind the counter was really nice. Keep in mind that they recently raised the prices to $1.25 up from $1, they claim because of inflation. But most items are still good value for the price.

Simple and easy store to shop at. They have a wide array of different basic home & kitchen daily needed items. Their self-checkout is a breeze. Not sure about the staff, as didn't even ask for anything.

Impressed at the selection and quality of the products. I even found a battery operated jade stone facial massager. When I got home I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise when I put the batteries in it started right up I was pleasantly surprised. The dollar tree has better quality items and a wider selection of items. Would definitely recommend

This is one of the good dollars trees.But the store manager Aamir is extremely rude!The line the register was very long and when one of the customer asked him to open up another register he yelled at her saying shut up!!!I hope the dollar tree management takes note of this!

It's been a while since I shopped in the Pomona, NY location yesterday. Today, I made an exchange for 2 items, however, AMIR, I think he is the manager, wouldn't give back my original receipt that he have to keep it, I told him that I never had that issue in any Dollar Tree that I'd been to. I told him I have to keep my receipt because I need to scan it for my FETCH Account, he just let me took a picture ofnit.. I am really disappointed about it & I told him that I will never shop in that location again. I really like shopping in that location because it has a lot of stuff that the other location doesn't have but if the staff you have is not nice & have different policy & I don't think I can shop there again. I wish you have the same policy as every store does.

I like Dollar Tree but the prices went up to $1.25. I wasn't really surprised as prices are going up everywhere. The area of the store that I was in, frames and such, was really messy. There were broken frames and broken glass. So it was kind of sad.

If I could give zero stars I would.Just went to dollar tree in Pomona to get some items. After I purchased the items the cashier place them in a bag. As I lifted the bag everything fell to the ground because she had put all the items that I purchased together. She did not check if the bottle was closed and it got the books wet. The worst part was that the cashier placed the items back in the bag- when I checked the books were wet. I told her I can’t take these because it’s not my fault that you place an open bottle in a paper bag. She said I should go back for the books. I picked out about 10 books which took me a while because I had my daughter in my hand. I said I can’t go back to pick them out if someone could help. She said no and I said ok- I would like a refund. That’s when she told me I can’t be refunded, which I told her I was not aware of. She said it was on my receipt and I said I don’t have a receipt because she didn’t get to hand it to me before the bag broke.I’m very upset because two other workers came over and hand the stinkiest attitude telling me that there’s nothing else they can. A male worker passed by and apologized after seeing their reaction.The Pomona NY branch really needs some customer service training.

There is a middle aged woman who works in the store who is very nasty… and curses the customers under her breath…she’s been nasty to me on numerous occasions, as well as other customers that come into the store !I don’t know how this store is still in business…I’m done with this place & I will tell my friends to do the same !

This particular store is always very neat and tidy. Most of the time stocked fairly well. I can never go in and just get the one thing I want...always come out with much more than I initially intended too. I like that they have expanded their craft section with lots of paints, paint brushes and small canvases. Much cheaper than going to a real craft store. The only draw back today...but in fairness there is a sign on entry door ..they have NO BAGS...what is this that you have to supply your own bag now at these stores or pay for a bag. This store didn't even offer the option to buy one. So just be prepared to bring your own bag and otherwise....happy shopping.

I absolutely LOVE THE STAFF HERE! They have the best staff here I swear they are the nicest ! We go on lunch break (bc nothing is around here) and they are always so friendly and sweet! The store is always clean and they make it impossible to leave under budget! Love this location !

This store used to have great customer service. I believe because it is short staffed, mainly at night. Longer wait times in the lines at night. Merchandise is all over the place and not neatly on the shelves.

I went there today with my kids. They were wearing face masks and were waiting in line like everyone else. When it was my turn to enter, the woman at the front told me to be considerate to other shoppers because my kids take up plus me take up 4 people when they allow 10 people to go in. She basically told me that my kids were unwelcome and I had too many kids to enter. It is very unfriendly and hate children. I'm never shopping there again.

HORRENDOUS does not even begin to explain this store honestly!!! I've never witnessed more unprofessional, rude, nasty, childish, cruel, senseless, little witches employed as an employee of any business acting the way the employees that work here in this store act!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS STORE DOWN, THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER & THE EMPLOYEES ARE RIGHT UP THERE CREATING 90% OF THE ISSUES TAKING THIS TRAINWRECK OF A STORE DOWN WITH THEM!!!! It's a Dollar Tree, alright!Obviously, nobody's happy about the price hike (except all the people on the receiving end, of course), but it's still a great place to hit up when you're looking for a small household item for a minimal price.

Two rude female employees told me to get out in a very rude manner! 4/18/2020 9am. All because I had no gloves on. I had a mask on but no glove, i wasnt going in there to touch everything (just what i needed)I told both female employees that I had no glove and that I couldnt find any because they are all sold out wherever I go. They didnt care and told me to get out , on my way out I wanst looking and didnt see the trash can close to the exit door. I knocked it over by accident and then I guess they thought I did it purposely and started shouting even more harsher and profane names at me. All for essentials I needed and I had no gloves. How can I buy gloves if you wont let me in the store. Pls dollar tree trainer your employees better and hire employees that have better customer service. I feel so offended. I'm not going back to that location!!!!

A messy store hard to navigate thru with all new stock boxes unopened. In the way. Also no hand gel or no way to clean a shopping cart. There must be a one paper bag per customerAs all 26 items jammed into one paper bag. Which split the bag before i even got to my car.

Ran into the store to get frames and was horrified at the sight. The cashier was standing at the register leaning on the counter while the entire place looked ransacked! Where is management? the girl was on the clock she should have been walking around picking up the place. NEVER AGAIN!

So they are making all customers wear mask and gloves. Which I understand cause of the situation we are in. However if you are going to mandate customers to wear them then the same should apply to the workers.
