My dog had a bad ear infection. He got excellent quality Care from Dr michio. The staff were all very helpful. And he has recovered wonderfully . They were very accommodating in moving up his appointment to care for him.

i absolutely loved this vet!! everyone was so so lovely and made sure i had all the information i needed. when you get there you call and they bring you forms to fill out and then. they take your puppy inside while you wait in the car. at first i was really nervous because it was my puppy’s first time at the vet and i couldn’t go in with her but the doctor called me before and after to make sure she could answer all the questions i had and updated me after she was done examining her. i loved the experience and i will never go to another vet again. amazing service!!!! also i thought the bill would be way more expensive than it was. cleo was very pleased

The staff here was very professional. I've struggled to find a typical groomer that can groom my Aussie and cut her nails, due to her large size and anxiety. All Creatures were able to work quick and effectively with my pup to provide these services she greatly needed, without full sedation. I highly recommend this place!

Very good place. Helped me put my dog down that had severe mental issues. He was born with severe aggression and bit many people. Had severe fear aggression too. Would attack me , my son, anyone . They helped groom him with sedation and allowed this dog a quality of life that was very difficult to maintain for the years that o had him. They try to give solutions to severe problems which most don’t . I don’t go anywhere else. I have other pets . They are fast and safe and concerned.❤️

Our experience with All Creatures started with the staff at the front desk. They were most helpful in setting up an emergency visit for our cats. They were able to get answers for all of our questions.Dr. Miccio is very compassionate and it is so evident how much she cares for her patients and for their pet parents. The medical care the cats received was excellent and resolved their issues.the techs that worked with Dr.Miccio kept our cats calm and to undergo an exam with minimal stress

I was very pleased with the attention my dog and I received during our last visit. The tech and veterinarian were very kind when I shared personal issues in my life which make it hard for me to walk my dog. They explained how I could help my dog lose weight without being judgmental. They also gave me a lot of information about my dog’s health risks. The exam was thorough and I never felt rushed.

From start to finish of my pup’s latest appointment, the staff were great.The tech took the time to explain the procedure and Dr. Miccio called me to make sure I was okay with what she felt was needed to ensure my pup’s health, followed by doing a fantastic job on cleaning his teeth! My family and I have been going here for decades and trusted the care of our animals to them. But, a few years back, we weren't treated exactly how we wanted to be treated and felt like there was a "bait and switch" situation. We quietly paid that bill and went back to Valley Cottage Animal Hospital. We didn't even voice a complaint.About two years ago, we decided to give them a second chance since new people were hired, and their reviews got better. To their credit, they were great the last few times we went. But, not today and it looks like we will once again find a new vet as a similar situation from several years ago happened again: initial quote of $220 with a final tally of $360 and not even all the services we asked for.There are too many details to post about, but they have lost us as customers... again. And I won't be turning the other cheek this time. No more chances from us. We didn't deserve the "bait and switch." We didn't deserve the rudeness from one of their employees: possibly the receptionist, but I didn't get her name as she refused to identify herself.We deserve more honest treatment and consistent professionalism.Their loss...

My father’s cat had been seen by another vet and diagnosed hyperthyroid. Within the same week, symptoms worsened despite treatment and he brought her to Dr. Miccio on short notice. She quickly diagnosed a much more critical problem- heart disease- tapped the cat’s chest to relieve fluid and respiratory difficulty, and got my dad set up with an echocardiogram for the cat. The cat has started eating again, is breathing fine and has had her quality and quantity of days increased. Thank you, Dr. Miccio!

I’m not pleased with the outcome of this vet, does not feel like the medical standards are there, they just know how to bill, go to a real vet Pomona,This place is lousy, waiting five days for test results on my puppy because they’re not open every day because there’s always an excuse. I am taking my dog out of here. I’m going elsewhere, look for care other places, not sure why someone would come here

Service continues to get slower and worse as the good vets leave. An hour wait for my dogs ears to be looked at. They get away with it because they still play Covid Theater with waiting outside not allowing customers inside and still push wearing masks. Searching for vet in Rockland County now, Clarkstown preferred.

Our family loves the staff at All Creatures. We’ve been going to this vet practice for more than 20 years and regardless of where we’ve lived (Rockland, Orange, or Westchester) we’ve always traveled to see Dr. Miccio and now also Dr. Dossena. Not only have they been wonderful with all of our dogs over the years, but they have a tremendous amount of care and compassion for our human family as well. Whether a well visit or an illness, the front office staff and the Vet Techs always greet us with open arms and have really become like family. Thank you All Creatures! We love you!!!
