The MAN who works there cut my dog on his toe and under neck area, my dog is usually wagging his tail when I pick him up from the groomer, instead he was quivering in fear and he seemed sore FOR DAYS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR ANIMAL ABUSE. The woman at the front desk seemed nice, but the male who cuts his hair must have either verbally or physically abused my dog, there is no reason he should have been so scared and sore for days after his grooming!

I can’t believe it, but my dogs came back with cuts and bruises to his stomach and legs, I was crying! My dog seemed desperate to hurry me to the car and look TERRIFIED. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE PLEASE

They cut my dog in many places and left him traumatized, they even got water in his ears and left him afraid to leave his bed for days. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE, they could get abused!

I was surprised at how hard it was to get a same day appointment to get my dog washed up after rolling around in some wild animal feces. Pleasantville Grooming was able to take me right away but when I went into the facility, it smelled like strong detergent. I was hoping for the sweet smell of lavender or something uplifting. I asked the woman who greeted me if she could at least use a fragrance free shampoo. Doggy came back to me wagging his tail looking clean and very soft but even after a full day, I can't tolerate his smell. For many this would not be an issue but more and more people (and animals I suspect) are sensitive to manmade scents. Aromatherapeutic and other natural products are available and if offered at this business could improve it.

Though my doggie doesn't enjoy it, he always comes out looking spiffy and handsome. I'm glad they were able to take us in pre-Thanksgiving when it's pretty busy there. Nice, accommodating, professional people!

They have no set pricing , the groomer is very rude. They did not handle my dog with love and care at all ! I do not recommend this place at all !
