Great butcher; known for very high quality meats and poultry and wide-range of imported Italian pantry staples. Store itself has the charming non-chain feel of a family business. A local institution for decades. Also, in back they have a guns&ammo department for people who hunt and shoot. Really this place is classic.

Guns, beer, ice cream and meat, this place might be what they mean when they say find heaven on earth. A great selection of beer and cuts of meat. Tried the NY strip, Cajun and garlic sausage, smomed cheese and picked up a few IPAs and they were all amazing!

The only negative reviews for this place is from people who wanted to act like fascists during covid and force everyone to wear a mask. I commend Quattro's for not being a part of the, trampling on people's rights, trend.

Traveled a long way to visit this store, as we have purchased from Quatro's at the Rhinebeck Farmer's Market because the service and products are great. However, the woman behind the counter was rude, unwelcoming, and certainly not interested in helping customers. Sorry that you lost out on a large sale---we were going to fill our freezer. Less than one star.

we got yelled at for opening a freezer door!! told we did'nt understand freezers.? couldn't see inside well enough to spend the 100 dollars that i brought for my birthday supper. your loss lady, went to adams and spent it all. very disappointed with bad attitude

This place is amazing. I moved here from California and found this little gem. The quality of the products is fantastic and although I haven't been here long, the staff have made me feel like I've been a customer for years. Whenever I have a family member or friend visiting, I take them here to choose some quality meat to grill up. I saw a comment about masks- they're cool if you wear a mask or don't wear a mask, so that's nothing to stress about.

This was a new place I had never been to before, a friend referred me to this gun shop where I found everything i needed, staff was very friendly and helpful making the process go smoothly. The country store and butcher next door is well stock with delicious meats and produce. I highly recommend Quattro's store for all your hunting supply needs and more. Wonderful staff!

They're the greatest. Be it local produce or top quality meats you can't go wrong. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and always has a helpful receipe hint if needed. You do pay for the quality but to me that is well worth it. Beer selection is terrific, cheeses are wonderful, oils, and marinades are unique and of high quality. You can't go wrong here.

This place is awesome the meat is always fresh and hi quality.To the person who wrote the bad review about the turkey first I bought one this year that was fresh almost 25 pounds, I didn't have an fat on it at all. The bird was the best I have ever eaten tender and juicy.As for cost it was not nearly as expensive as you posted I believe it was around 4.60 a pound this year. Can't wait for my next turkey.Also the venison is awesome.Also the have an excellent firearm section.

Quattros is amazing. They're a little pricey, but worth it. They were smoking venison sausage when I got there and the place just smelled amazing. Lots of great and local products. Plenty of different pastas, cheese and beer as well!

This is the only place I go when I need to buy a firearm! Bought my first here years ago and I keep coming back! Always have plenty of used rifles/shotguns/pistols in stock plus lots of new stuff! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I picked up a goose today at their stand at the Union Square Farmers' Market. Looks pretty good and I'm excited about it, will be cooked for Christmas. While I was getting the goose, I noticed they had smoked venison sausage and decided to try it. I'm eating it now and I just cannot believe how good it is. Oh man, the best ever. I'm thinking about people I can't wait to share it with and see the look on their faces when they taste it. I'm stunned. I can't wait to go back to get more. Today was my first visit, but I an instantly a regular customer.I noticed they also had wild turkey. I will be trying one of those sometime too. Never had it wild before.I noticed the woman in front of me had a rapport with the woman behind the counter, clearly a regular; knew family members, a good sign.Now for some more of that sausage!

Not your typical farm store. This place has some of the best quality pantry items, homemade pasta, handmade sausage, as well as specialty seasonal goods like heritage birds. They also carry a decent selection of craft beer in bottles and on tap.

I love Quattros. They have fresh poultry and a huge variety of cooking spices for a GREAT price. I've gone to this store for 17 years. I think they're great. They ever have a soft serve ice cream machine there which makes my nephews happy.

Quattro has a fabulous selection of fine meats and products. I wish I felt safer going to this store. Patrons were not asked to wear masks, forcing me to leave. When masks are required at this fine establishment I will return.

Outside of the store was a sign explaining that some staff members have a health condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. Ok. I entered and was surprised that not one employee had a mask on. What are the odds that everyone they hire has a disease that prevents them from wearing a mask? I assume the odds of them all being hired with the anti-mask disease is pretty low - so they must be catching this disease at work, right?I don’t want to walk into a place that spreads disease so easily, let alone have those diseased people touch my food. Yuck.Also - the sign mentions that everyone is responsible for their own health, that’s really cool. I think some other area businesses probably care about their own health AND the health of their community. I’d keep driving.

Unlike the countless workers who deal with it at every other grocery store and restaurant in the area, the staff here, whether young or old, consider their comfort to be more important than the health of those around them and refuse to wear masks. What other food preparation guidelines do they find an inconvenience? Why are they allowed to keep a license to operate when they clearly don’t think that the rules apply to them?

Exquisite! We get our annual heritage turkey here for Thanksgiving. Year round I purchase the fabulous pheasant sausage, the steaks and roasts, the pastrami tri tip, the unbelievable home-made frozen sauces, and the fresh mozzarella. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Also, it's a well-run family business manned and womanned by multiple generations.

We love Quattro's. We go there for amazing sliced turkey sandwiches at lunch. They've got the best turkey around, by a large margin. We've eaten their turkeys at Thanksgiving and been utterly, completely happy with our experience. We feel really good knowing that the birds we eat have been raised in a wholesome way, rather than in some factory farm. The small market has a great selection of delicacies. Yes, you pay a little bit more, but quality is always worth the price, and Quattro's is some of the highest quality food we've found. Joyce is one of our favorite people, as is Brian, behind the meat counter, as well as the Quattro girls. We're lucky to have these folks as our neighbors and purveyors.

Quattros is an amazing store where it feels like family when u walk in. In regards to mask and safety of others I have not felt that these workers care more about their safety than that of the customers. I think it is important in these hard times to not be so negative and support the local community and try to find some sort of balance.

Helpful and friendly staff, hard to find olive oils and sauces. Good quality meats. All their meats are not local as many people think, for example their Boston Butt is from Canada.

This is our favorite go-to shop. The meat is always fresh and the Quattro family is always helpful and friendly. Don't skip the pheasant sausage, it is my favorite. Also, their frozen Italian specialities are homemade and remind me of my grandmother's cooking. Try the veal tortelloni with marinara.

Quattro's Farm has been one of my favorite farm stands in Union square market for the last 25 years. I have been very happy with their quality meats and eggs, in all the variety of forms they produce, especially my favorite, the venison and pheasant . Joyce Quattro who has been at the farm stand is one of the most courteous and knowledgable people about their produce who. Very highly recommended.

Great locally raised chicken and fowl. House smoked meats and cheeses. I buy all my meat and poultry here. If I don't, I can't figure out what to make for dinner. Not a gocerry store, more of a specialty market.

This is one of my favorite farmers markets I've ever been to. Very unique selection of foods, drinks, and everything in-between. An absolute must if you're in the area!
