Offers unique flower planters that look like old fashioned wash basins of different shapes, rectangle, round, square, different sizes, painted white. Very attractive planters. Fun tree decorations too. Cool innovative solar decorative lighting also.

I went at 5:15 Wednesday evening on May 1st. I viewed the outside plants before I entered and they were all in need of water. Some were half dead. I went inside to purchase a 40lb bad of bird seed. I had a cart with me but realized I was unable to lift the bag of seed, probably because Iam 69 yrs old, and there was no one to help me. I dragged the bag down the isle to the register. I asked the rude girl at the register if she was the only one working there. Which she replied "no"She saw me drag the bag, I then asked her which register to go to and she replied "this one over here" then I proceeded to drag it where she told me to go, as she watched, not offering to help. I told her I needed someone to take the bag to my car. She called someone and a young man assisted me. I thanked him and informed him that their plants were very dry and in need of water and that some were even half dead. He replied, we water them every morning and night. It was obvious that was not the truth. Never again. I'll cut my TS card in half and go elsewhere.

Tried calling the store call can not be completed as dialed. Ordered dog food online with free same day delivery. Order status says delivery will be tomorrow. And a shipping charge. On hold with representative now for 15 plus minutes! Poor customer service!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have the acting manager is so rude dosent care about your pets it's not her problem that purina sells garbage and she only sells it ...attempted to return purina treats after spending over 2000 dollars on vet bills because the treats didn't dissolve or digest and my cat had to be brought to the vets and stay overnight...what a joke Tractor Supply is

Super friendly, knowledgeable customer service reps. Large inventory for what ever you may need related to Agriculture, lawn care, and animals. From tools to trailers, light equipment, food, feed, etc. etc. Never been there before today and I was impressed with the service, variety of goods and low competitive prices. In many cases much better than box stores.

I've been trying to buy pullets for two weeks now and the staff has made it impossible to do so. I was told the birds would be ready for sale saturday morning only to arrive and find that the birds had all been sold friday night, before the birds should have even been out. When I call to get more information about the chickens I'm barely even spoken to, given incorrect information and then get hung up on by the staff. I've felt very disrespected by everyone here from management down to the employees.

Update Dec10, 2022. Pet vet services once a month at tractor supply no office visit fees. Plus friendly, helpful, gentle, professional, service + affordable . Good savings plus the store has Great selection. So many. Choices. Good pricing lits of parking. Good location.

I needed 50/50 premixed antifreeze for a diesel truck and asked one of the tractor supply company employees if they had antifreeze for diesel engines. He stated that they didn't stock any antifreeze at all. A quick check of their website showed that they had antifreeze including the premix for diesels. We eventually found it but needed more than the three gallons that we found on the shelf. We tracked down the uniformed clerk and inquired if they had more. He checked inventory and the computer inventory was incorrect and they didn't have any more than what we found.So in summary:They had what we needed just not enough and we had to find it ourselves because the TSC employee wasn't aware that they stocked any antifreeze.

My husband and I went shopping here and we found alot of things at good prices. The staff was Friendly and was always willing to help and answer questions if we had any. We found everything we needed in a timely fashion and checked out thru self check out. I recommend this store for there great prices and awesome Customer Service.

This is a great store and it is well stocked. The people who work here are helpful and are willing to answer questions and find out answers as needed. I enjoy visiting the tractor supply store whenever I go to Littleton, New Hampshire. I especially like the variety of different types of dog food and the great selection of feed available here that I can just grab and go.

Good supply of outdoor supplies. I've purchased products online for pickup, but waited at the pickup counter awhile. It would have been faster to find the product on the shelf and just go through the checkout. Hopefully they improve in that are. They seem to be short on staffing at times.

Excellent supply of items for pets, gardens, and farms and those who care for them at lower prices than most comparable specialized stores like Pet Smart, etc. There's always an employee to help and they'll offer a discount on bulk purchases that are intended as contributions to local non-profits like the SPCA!! I truly recommend this store and Its more than friendly staff!!

I'm not sure what to really say about tractor supply, they usually seem to have what I need when I'm working around the house. My complaints about the company are the lack of staff. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day what day or how busy the location is there's only one person running a register to help manage the checkout lines. I've also noticed that if I ever buy anything that needs to be retrieved from the outdoor locked yard I'm going to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come unlock it for me. Overall a good location that has what you need, but you might have to wait to get it or to check out.

I go a lot friendly people great prices but yesterday around (3ish) the women who checked me out was busy talking to someone all she said was do u have a card nothing else I said thank you and nothing was said back. Ive worked in customer service for yrs and you always acknowledge the customer no matter what talking to a friend who doesn't work there can wait the 3 customer's ahead of me the same that's not right!

I used to get my ferret food here. They said their corporate company decided to pick a different food. Some weird pellets that my ferrets wouldn't eat. So I had to stop going there to buy food. I had to put my ferret on a completely different diet which they didn't care for so much.

After having customer service issues at the tractor supply literally 10 minutes from my house, over an issue that was THEIR fault. I reserved my item at the Plattsburgh store (approx 45min from my house). Went to pick up my item, had issues with my TSC credit card, and instead of treating me like i was an inconvenience like my local tractor supply did, they went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation and purchase my item, which was actually a new lawn tractor. Lisa, the store manager was AWESOME and very helpful and actually stayed late to make this happen. Any and all of my bigger purchases from TSC will be done through the Plattsburgh store because of their level of customer service. I don’t do reviews often, but when i do, it’s because i feel these places and staff members need to be recognized for their efforts! So Lisa and Ari, thank you for your help, it was very much appreciated!

I've come to live Tractor Supply as they have good prices. We buy our do food there as I buy their brand and my parents do too. Its cheaper and the dogs seem to love the food.

I go there to get my cats and dogs there shots. Very professional. Cheaper than the vets and they have the clinics once a month. The vets accept the shot record because the shots are given by a certified vet. The visit is $3 per animal and the shot packages plus dewormer ranges $60-$75 per animal. $19 microchips and $20 nail trim. Check out the website for pet vet clinic. No appointment needed. Just show up on the day and time mentioned. Love this option. Just make shure you always have a regular vet for your pet.
