This place is amazing. Please consider dumping the big chain stores and come here for your pets needs. We have a dog with lots of stomach issues. They have worked with me for the entire summer to get Libby on a food she is happy with but more importantly her vet is happy with.These folks are top notch, listen to your needs and will jump through hoops to serve you. We will be back next summer! Soon to head south as we follow the songbirds!

I went in with high hopes and came out not the slightest bit disappointed. I had lots of questions regarding my very loved fur baby and I was given so many helpful and thoughtful answers. I left with a new plan, some homework to follow up with and a product to try. Recommend 100%

Looking for a different /better selection of pet supplies? This is the place to go in the Plattsburgh area. Good variety of food and treats that cannot be found in the regular stores. Nice toys - of course. Knowledable staff. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for better food and treats for your aging/special needs fur-baby.

The staff is so helpful! I went in just curious about options for feeding my cats, the staff listened to me as I gave a detailed description of what I was currently feeding. They did not pressure me to buy anything new and gave me tips for what I already had. I didn't end up buying anything today but I will definitely purchasing here the next time I go shopping for my boys!

Nice place. Has a lot to offer for dog food and treats. Seemed mainly tailored to dogs. Some prices where a bit over what I had anticipated. Was hoping to see some small animal or exotic animals but very little to nothing. Staff was friendly with their interactions to the customers in store. And the place was well organized and clean.

Sue stayed over an hour after the store was closed to help and educate us about our dog’s nutritional needs. We didn’t feel rushed nor pressured to buy from her, she really wanted what was best for our dogs, regardless where we bought food. She is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. We can’t wait to start supporting her local business.

I can't say enough about these people. Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. My dog has a skin allergy and I feel the diet we have him on has been one of the best things we have done to keep that in check. If you really care about your dog and you want the best for them stop in here and talk to the staff before you go anywhere else.

I have a sick Dogs he is 2 years old he went to the vet on Thursday and was diagnosed with an uti... He was put on and antibiotics and medicine for Nausea... I took him back to the vet on Monday... At this appointment they switched his medicine in also gave him IV fluid they also did blood work they could not find anything else wrong other than an uti. He has not ate since Thursday, .. I was frantically looking around town for Calorie boost, .. He is growing very weak and I thought I could just give him a boost that might make him feel better.. I called tails of the Adirondack it was about 5 of 6, I spoke with sue... I told her what I needed and she says she had it and when I asked what time she close she says 6 o'clock she must of heard the crackle of my voice as I knew I was not going to make it there in 5 mins from beekmantown... I told her a little bit of the story about my Titan... Sue then said come grab it I will wait for you... I don't know how many people would do that... I know at the end of the day I am ready to go home so for her to tell me she is gonna wait for me meant so much to me and my sick pup... I got to the store where she was standing there at the desk with my item already to check out.... I told her the rest of the story about my sick pup and how he wont eat anything... She then asked me if I tried cat food.. I have not tried cat food that is probly the one thing I did not even think of... She then grabs 2 cans of chicken cat food and gave them to me and told me to try them...sue if your reading this my titan ate half a can of the cat food you gave me...thank you so much hoping he starts feeling better..my titan means the world to me...

I went there for a specific dog food. I had to hear a lot of lip service because the girl did not agree with my choice. She was rude, pushy and opinionated. I dislike going here and I really hatea hard sell!!!I do my research and know what I want!
