I scored some great finds this trip to TJ Maxx. I almost didn't stop, glad I did. The prices are usually great, the lady that rang me up was super nice. The thing that bothers me the most about this place is the messiness of it. Yes, there are great things at great prices but the people that shop there are so disrespectful and treat it like a bathroom floor. Cannot blame the store or the workers for that. I have worked retail and understand what they're going through, but all of you shoppers that go there and just mess it up ruin it for a lot of other people. Very selfish behavior from adults.

those who know TJMaxx know what to expect... It can be a bit unorganized at time, you might have to dig to discover that item you are looking for... but the selection is great, always. In this one, the associates are also very helpful...

My husband and I went to the Plattsburgh, Ny TJ Maxx store. He is not a shopper. He was horrified at how filthy the floors were. They hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or months. Piles of dust and dirt. He asked to see a manager. None was available. When he mentioned to the cashier, she stated they didn’t have a cleaner. Very disappointed in this store.

Really like the store, but it is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you go there and find a lot of things You like. Sometimes you don't. I do like the clearance section though.

It’s a well stocked store. They don’t carry expensive brands, so you’re not “scoring a find”. On the other hand they have so much stuff that’s fun to look at. I’ve never been here and not shopped. Always great service at the cash.

They don't have a very big selection of plus size men's clothing. Don't even have a good selection of name brand clothes for men. At least they have a small selection of designer men's watches

I like that place. They always have new stuff for me to buy. I wish I know when they get the new stock to be there early. We had an additional 10% off on an item that was slightly damaged which was fantastic. Will go there again.

Always neat and clean, have noticed a reduction of spices (Always enjoyed Victoria brand) but as other items are being restocked and the store is looking great. Good variety and very reasonable prices makes it a great place to shop. As an added bonus the staff always are pleasant and helpful

This used to be one of my favorite stores which is why I didn’t give a lower rating. After my last experience there, I can honestly say that I will never go in again. One of the employees outed me in front of a long line of people. After he did this I heard all the whispers and my stomach dropped. I have never wanted to leave a place so bad before.Overall the store has lots of good things to choose from, the prices are reasonable. If this wouldn’t have happened I would still continue to shop there. However, after something like that I can’t get myself to return to the store.

First time shopping at this location. Selection was ok but I believe this must be an issue that most stores face nowadays. Lady at the jewelry counter seemed to be a little overwhelmed with a couple of people in line to check out as well as a couple others waiting to be helped. I was one of them. She seemed annoyed having to move the plexiglass around to be able to assist the customers, mentioning some surgery she had to go under or something… then she called for help even though there were no more than two other customers. Then help came and she was still complaining she has never seen the store THAT busy!Overall, not a pleasant experience at the jewelry counter this time.

They have a lot of reasonably priced items and deals on clothing, shoes, housewares, and gourmet foods. Most of the time I shop at TJ Maxx for work clothes and for giving gifts during holidays and birthdays. Sometimes they have a great selection and, sometimes things are picked over, but they get new stuff all the time so it's kind of like a treasure hunt experience every time you go!

If you are looking for men's clothes I highly recommend looking elsewhere, this store as well as the location in South Burlington have nearly zero inventory in men's clothes for the last several years. I used to check out these stores regularly and find great deals on great clothes, however in the last 3-4 years this has entirely stopped. I have found a total of 2 items in the last 4 years going here. The last trip the entire men's department could have fit on 1 and a half racks with room to spare. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else.

Great for new finds, baby clothes, and sleepwear. Can be a little frustrating finding neat things in larger sizes. Their dog toys are super cute but not meant for heavy chewers.

Not the best one I've ever been to but not the worst, that's for sure. Decent selection. Selection and prices for pets and housewares are better next door at HomeGoods. Worth a stop. Open til 10pm on Saturday! I think that's cool!

They have steamed lined the store cleaner then before , more clothes to smaller people. The clothes for a larger person are nasty prints that would not get caught dead in , just because we are larger we do deserve nice pattern clothes. Dishes, steam ware , other house hold thing are nice.

The place is a TARDIS. Innocent looking shop entrance leading to a standard store to a side room that leads into a space about the size if a football field. Totally packed, more to come. Pretty much everything for home and wardrobe can be got. A little chaotic, could be more organized. Dont plan a quick trip. Really good glassware selections.

I felt so safe shopping here during the COVID restrictions. An employee disinfected a cart right upon my entry, the store was sparkling clean with great inventory, and the floor markers and plexiglass between checkouts were great added safety measures. The employees were vigilant and diligent about cleanliness and the store is very well managed.

Not a bad store. They sell men's stuff, but if you're any size over a MEDIUM then good luck finding anything good. Definitely seems to be catered more towards women, but oddly enough the home goods stuff they sell is fairly nice. It's odd to say, but if you ever need cheap kitchenware then check out TJ Maxx.

This particular location is kind of a zoo and gets cleaned out regularly by French Canadians. The good news is that what they have is always changing because they sell through their stock. The bad news is that common sizes are often gone before you can ever get them.
