I absolutely love this store. They have pretty much everything you can imagine, and everyone who works there is super friendly. Also, they allow you to bring your dog in. Maisie, my 11lb dachshund, and I wandered around the store for a couple of hours. The cashier gave her a treat when we were leaving!

You can find everything you need and more. Best prices in town. Just moved to the area so we need lots of stuff Runnings has met all our needs. Very happy we discovered this great family friendly store. Super nice associates always serving with a smile.

Add some self checkout lines if you are not going to staff registers.I was in there last week and the line was 15 deep, and I could see plenty of red vested employees avoiding the checkout area. I had to ask them to please open up more registers and eventually they did.

Most of the employees here are awesome to deal with , great sense of humor when you’re trying to find a tool and you don’t know the precise name of it. There’s a little of everything in here and most of it is at reasonable price. Hats off to the “closing kids”!

This store was having a 10% off everything for senior citizens. We needed a few things that we normally buy so we went. The store is always clean and there are several people to help you if things can't be found.

Good store except for a young male cashier who was profiling an old lady on 2/2/24 he had other staff members following her around. Maybe she looked too poor to be shopping???

The help in the store is hot or miss. I was in the plumbing isle for about half an hour. At least 3 staff saw me, one repeatedly. No one asked if they could help me...

Love this place. One of my new favorite stores!! Just purchased a pair of winter boots from there (first pair of winter boots for me in at least 10+ years!) that will definitely keep my feet nice and warm. Also the other half and I got ourselves each some new winter gloves.

Crowded and the prices are by far and away more than most places. Only 1 cashier open and it was a busy Saturday.It was my first trip there and will be last. I got the exact items at Big Lots for half the cost.It is similar to tractor supply but at a much higher cost.

I have decided not to shop at the Plattsburgh, NY store anymore due to an unfortunate incident involving a retail associate and my daughter. The associate raised their voice towards my daughter (prior to entering the store) simply because she was wearing a zipped backpack, which happened to be smaller than the large handbags commonly carried by mature ladies who entered the store after her, including myself. My daughter was given an ultimatum to surrender her backpack-instead, she and I chose to leave due to the intense interrogation and looks from other dismayed staff. I promptly informed the store manager about this incident. In light of this situation, I am concerned about the potential liability that Runnings, the company operating the store, may face. Specifically, I worry about the safety of personal belongings if customers are asked to turn in their backpacks at the store. There is a risk that these items could potentially be rifled through, stolen by Runnings store associates, or handed over to the wrong customer. It is essential to consider the overall security measures implemented by Runnings to ensure a seamless shopping experience and safeguard customers' belongings.
