SO SO vape shop. Limited devices at this location. Check your purchases I bought a couple refill cartridges and 2 out of the 5 were used as they already had juice in them. Also the phone number for this place is not located at the shop its the owner whom is never there.

Hours on website aren't accurate, granted online says they open in the morning but when I had gotten there a little after 11 they weren't open. I had called the number posted and spoke with the manger whom of which was really polite but lack of updated information made them miss a sale.

Continually attempt to stop by when the hours are listed as “open” online and the shop is closed. Please update your hours, some folks have a long distance to drive. It’s 3pm on Sunday and the internet says this shop is open, but I’m sitting outside a closed shop.

Sold me a broken used free cool for literally three times the price I could have gotten it for. And on top of that sold me expired juice on multiple occasions. Please do yourself and favor and don’t waste your time going here. Go to the shop downtown blow premier out of water and hopefully out of plattsburgh.
