This pharmacy is absolutely horrible they do watever they feel like doing when they feel like doing it! Went to get my sons meds that he was out of. mind u I called four hours before and I get there to be told that doctor just sent them when I know that’s not the truth cause I called four hours ago and was told they would be filled! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

This pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacists are good BUT the "helpers" or techs are very rude and don't want to help. My husband calls around 3 times a month to reorder his meds. I ask why can't all his meds be picked up Once a month they say " were not set up for that" and to call the doctors office"( I will)). I tell her it's extremely inconvenient and she states we live a mile down the street. That does still NOT make it convient. She asks me for his date of birth and when I give it ( he was born in March and I called in March) she cuts me off thinking that I did not understand the question she "needs his birthday "which I was trying to give. Because she heard the word March, she thinks Iam confused. Because Iam in my 60s??We will be changing pharmacies. Also a person cannot reach a real person in the pharmacy because their recording does not give you that option

Always a supposed issue with my insurance when trying to pick up my medication. The pharmacy then makes me go days without my medication. Its frustrating as my medication does not require a prior authorization. CVS Target never gave me these type of problems. Guess I will be switching back. Get your act together Kinneys. SMH

If I could give it two stars I would. Went in on 12/9/2021 after my script was sent in on the 8th, it wasn’t ready. Was told it would be ready by 4pm on the 10th. Just went in and it still isn’t ready. I understand it’s busy, but this is ridiculous. Not everyone lives in the city and it wildly frustrating when on every occasion I can’t get a simple vitamin filled. Staff is wonderfully polite but the management is horrible.

The worst pharmacy ever. I’ve had multiple people be very rude to me and my fiancé there. Talking down to us and saying point blank it’s not their problem if they don’t get to his prescription I’m time for him to go to work. Also the wait time is unreal they say 15 minutes the usually mean at least a half hour they also seem to run out of medication a lot I’ve had to get many partial scripts of even antibiotics and my fiancé has had the same issues only being able to have a partial script and then having to ask his doctors for a new prescription when the hospital pharmacy gives you a sticker that says how much they owe you. Basically go anywhere but here for your medications

Their pharmacy is USELESS ! Prescription called in a week before not ready when I went to pick it up????? When asked why, they said they wait until the customer comes in. Seriously, yep and if I wanted to wait it would be ready in 20 minutes.....LOL. Yeah right, more like 60 minutes ! Never ever going there again!!

The pharmacy does not care about their customers all they care about is getting the 200 dollars it's cost for medication needed on a daily basis. I will b changing pharmacy's .They can offer customers a partial supply n I guess that's just not an option for me . If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing.

I use the drive through the cashier deployed the drawer only to dig it into the side of my brand new 2019 Ford Fusion when I yelled at her she didn't even say she was sorry I went inside to speak to the manager I was told it's not their problem and for me to contact corporate wherever the hell that is

Not impressed with this pharmacy at all. They never have my medicine on hand though it's ordered regularly. The last several times it was supposed to be ready it was not even prepared. I've had a couple of ladies who were terribly rude

Glad to know your times on your web site compared to your store is wrong. Glad I wasted time and fuel to get a prescription that was very needed but apparently no one is there during the specified time......
