The IceBurgh has been one of my favorite places to stop on a summer evening since they opened. Not only do they have amazing menu options and great tasting ice cream, they've got a beautiful property. There's areas for the kids to play, Cornhole games and plenty of seating if you choose to stay and enjoy your treat. It's a great spot to enjoy the sunset skies and good snacks!

What an AWESOME place!! Definitely a new fave spot in the north country! Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and nice seating with umbrellas and handy wet wipes to clean yourself up after a tasty treat!I must say that another huge plus for me was that my waffle cone was very firm and my ice cream didn't end up dripping or leaking through it at all. Awesome!Their prices are also very reasonable and you get great portions for the price paid. Also dog friendly! What's not to love? A huge five stars :)

Nice little ice cream shop in Plattsburgh. Lady at the window was very friendly. She explained what a few posted signs meant and also told me that they change the ice cream flavors every Friday. I tried the soft ice cream and it was really good! Prices are decent but they only take cash as a form of payment.

Best Ice Cream place in the Plattsburgh area! I most recently enjoyed the Dole Whip Strawberry Lemonade twist and a Blueberry cone (flavor of the week). They have everything here: Premium Hard Ice cream, amazing soft serve flavors, and great creative dishes, like the Strawberry Lemonade Splash! There's no reason to go anywhere else! They have an amazing kid-friendly area out back, tables, Adirondack chairs, and even a tent with picnic tables! If you're out to enjoy a delicious ice cream sundae by yourself, or want to enjoy ice cream with the family, then this is the place you need to go! Their service is excellent, and the building is absolutely beautiful. I have had so many different flavors and creative dishes here! I never skip the chance to swing by the IceBurgh for the best, most delicious ice cream around! I've never been disappointed, and I always leave happier than I came! BEST ICE CREAM SHOP!!!

Standard softserve fare, but exceptionally good facilities. There's plenty of parking, plenty of seating, sunshine, shade, bathrooms, and lawn games, all brand new and immaculately maintained. I can also say that the staff went to great lengths to return my phone to me, when I lost it there. Good folks!

The best ice cream around. I was raised on Donnelly's in Saranac Lake, and it was always my favorite. This year we started going to Iceburgh's and never went to Donnelly's. The lady there is super nice and quick. Prices are great and most importantly, the ice cream is very good. You get big portions too. On a side note, they watch the weather and decided to stay open another few days, smart move.

Delicious ice cream - friendly staff - plenty of places to sit and enjoy. My only complain would be the size chart isn’t accurate. A medium is more the size of the pictured small. A tiny complaint but good to know if you’re feeling like you want tons of ice cream - haha!

We went here for a treat for my husband on Father's Day. It offers soft serve and hard ice cream "till supply lasts" and with his popular it is, the ice cream must be quite fresh.They offer gluten free cones! And not just one option - they have a variety of sizes and choices (sugar, waffle, etc) in gluten free cones.

My husband and I stopped by with our pups. Not only was our ice cream delicious but we have never seen an ice cream place so clean. The IceBurgh Creamery is adorable, inviting and plenty of tables. We’ll be back!

Fast, friendly service. Lots of options for ice cream (hard, soft, types of cones, sundaes). Our group ordered a variety of those items and we were happy with all them. Disinfectant wipes were available at all tables, which is SO helpful for families (we have 3 kids). We didn't need the wipes but having them available was awesome. Only downside is they only take cash but an ATM is available on site.

Wow usually have gone to the place I always go for Ice cream or a treat after dinner. But decided to try this place out, and was extremely pleased. They have so many different varieties of soft serve ice cream flavors, and many other desserts to choose from. The lady that served us was extremly nice and seemed genuinely happy. 🍦🍨I give this place a total 5 stars for sure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐. 🙂

OMG every time I go to this Ice cream creamery the staff are always nice, friendly and professional. Very clean! Clorox wipes on every pic nick table. Plenty of napkins! So soon man flavors and cones to choose from. There is something for everyone and I mean EVERYONE!!! CRAZY AMAZING FLAVORS OF THE WEEK! A MUST TRY!!!! 😍😁😆 💯

Absolutely delightful (and somewhat hidden) place and SO MANY OPTIONS! Their ice cream is to die for and they have plenty of options to suit your fancy (ice cream, floats, ice cream sandwiches, and more). All items on the menu are extremely well priced! My personal favorite was blueberry and vanilla ice cream swirled together in a sugar cone! Definitely a place to take the whole family (lots of outdoor seating as well!).

Loved it! Pretty affordable and lots and lots of options! Pretty impressed of the speed they are helping customers while keeping up with orders and totals on a spiral bound notepad and using a calculator. Take some of those profits and join the rest of the world in 2022 and get a POS even if Square. Start accepting CC. I bet it would be good for business!

I was pleasantly surprised with this ice cream shop. The service was phenomenal and their choices were good. For those with allergies, they have gluten free cones, and they have dairy free Dole ice cream. I will not forget the positive experience I had here.

Excellent variety of flavors! Delicious, creamy soft serve, and the best peanut butter sundae, I've ever had! Family friendly atmosphere, with outdoor play area for little ones.

We visited twice while camping at Cumberland bay. The soft serve was delicious and very reasonably priced. There were lots of little places to sit and from what I could see it was very clean and well maintained. We hope to visit again next summer!

Really good ice cream. Lots of variety to choose from. Peant butter cup sundae is awesome. They also have a "flavor of the week" every week through the summer. Friendly staff and plenty of parking space.

This is a really great place for ice cream. I didn't get a chance to check out the full menu but it does look like there is a good variety. I did notice there are choices of hard and soft ice cream which is cool. I got the flavor of the day which was maple and it was delicious.
