Home Goods is an interesting store with lots of variety and appears to have hit or miss assortments which may be a part of the draw. One never knows what you'll find on a given day. The end caps and displays were very well done and well signed. The store was neat and clean. Most product assortments were well organized as well. There was plenty of staff working around the store. I'm not a regular Home Goods shopper but I'm in their stores on occasion when my wife shops there (which is often). So my view of the store is based on snap shots over time with big gaps. This location is one of the better Home Goods I've visited.

Saturday afternoon and all is calm in the store. Masks are still recommended. The store was clean and well stocked with lots of new merchandise. I saw several employees working, and each one had a smile and stopped to see if I needed help.

I felt very safe shopping here during the COVID restrictions. The store was sparkling clean, employees were disinfecting the checkout counters after each customer, and floor markers helped steer traffic and keep distance between customers. Great inventory to top it off.

We shop this store several times a month. They have a great selection of spices we can't find anywhere else. The store is always clean and the staff more than willing to help you find what you need, or to let you wander and find that special something you didn't know you needed. Love the ever changing selection of merchandise.

We love this HomeGoods store. Selection is good. Prices are good and the sale prices can be "wow!" good. Definitely worth checking out. Lots of unique furniture, decor, pet items, household items, food and more. Usually something for everyone. Staff has always been nice.

I never really have a reason to go here specifically. But my girlfriend always wants to go and somehow we buy the whole store when we leave. Not sure how this happens but one time I did end up with a cool duck that looks like he's made of ramen noodles for decoration which was nice, so it's all good.

Today (7/22/22) i went in to home goods and while i was in checkout i was treated terrible. Not by the cashier herself, but by one of the male coworkers who i assume is a manager. He was an older fellow with glasses and grey hair. He was classist and very unwelcoming, i will not be returning.

Interesting place and prices are reasonable. A seasonal wreath that would cost you a hundred bucks at hobby lobby will cost you 30 hear. Same type of store like hobby lobby,but a lot smaller and much more interesting. More doable with pricing.

. I was shopping in the Homegoods, and I asked one of the employees; Rachel, a question but I was not impressed with her being rude with her response, and didn’t care to help me and walked away quickly. She has no customer service skills. Then I went to another department of the store and I encountered another employee by the name of Mary, I asked her a question regarding an item on the shelf and she looked at me with a bothered look on her face and said I don’t know I’ll have to look and see. She tried to help me but didn’t have a good answer and then she went back to doing her job. I often go into Plattsburgh at least twice a month,however upon going to this store and encountering these two employees. It has changed my mind about where I will shop. From now on, I think I’ll go to T.J. Maxx I just don’t feel that their customer service skills are above and beyond. Both of these associates seem like they have a bad attitude or they don’t like to deal with the customer
