My husband and I went in this store 9/16/23 @ 3:300m. There were kids in the toy aisle throwing stuff all over. No parents at all in that aisle. Stuff was all over the floors. The store looked liked a tornado hit it weeks ago. We went down the sticker aisle. There was a lady worker standing right next to a lady who was bent down with a big tote bag opened & a purse. I almost hit her bag with my cart. Next thing I knew my husband watched her get up with the stickers and walk out. Nothing was done. I walked up every aisle like I normally do. It was a dogde maze walking through the whole store. This store is so disgusting the floors look like they haven't been washed in 6 month's. Then when I decided it was time to cash out. I got in a line got up to the cashier. He was rude as hell. What has this place too. It's a very popular store with alot of people but its disgusting to walk into. Workers should be ashamed of themselves. The district mangers, mangers and the company should be embarrassed to let a store get like this. Let alone to say it's their store. Also no food in the coolers what so ever.

This is the dirtiest store I ever visited ... no matter the country... the place is unbelievable...Maybe there's a staff shortage... but certainly... I won't work in place like that ....management need to take action !

They had nice selection of things but they had lot of out stock items . The staff are nice . My only advice is store needs to be better cleaned up as there lot disorganization

Finally found cello wrap. Clear for Easter baskets here. Lots of Easter decor still available.. target is empty shelves for Easter. Sam's. Not much left. for few weeks . Walmart bags candies. No more one stop shopping. With the lack of. Inventory update Dec 2022. Friendly service quick check out. Lots of inventory. Sales at 50 cents on all Christmas items now .*update 10/2023. Full shelves , lots of choices. + greeting cards + organizing items , but. I ordered inflated birthday balloons. + when I went to pick up. I was informed they did not have all that I selected. But never called me to inform me. So I had to try + find an alternate but they held me in the only. Cash register open. With upset customers waiting + me trying to choose. One +add on with a staff member fumbling trying to tie knots in the tie on ribbons. On slow motion. . It was a disaster+ wasted time . If they had called I could have stopped elsewhere for a few others + brought them to add on. .very disappointed ☹️ staff need done training support I feel .

My husband and I went here this morning and the place was a total disaster! Everything was every where and thrown all over and piled on the floor in boxes. Alot of the isles are completely trashed and disorganized! This place def needs some staffs attention in the store. As for the staff the older lady that rang us out today was very nice and very polite. She was very efficient and quick at ringing us out. She is a great cashier with a great attitude towards her customers!

I want to see how is the US dollar store will be and very disappointed. this location store is messy, floor is dirty, items seems dusty, shell is mess up, a lot shell is empty, the fridge mostly empty. the whole exp is like i am in a 2nd hand store rather than dollar store..............just stay there 10 min

It seems as if new management has been switched over at this Dollar Tree.My first time getting to the store 15 mins before closing, as we were grabbing our items the 3 workers; a young man, a taller woman with brown hair, and the heavy set cashier, were poking their heads down the isles looking to see if there were any other customers. we heard one of them say “I think they’re the only ones in the store”. Then unloading our items at the register, the three workers were standing around talking waiting for us to checkout, the taller woman with the brown hair goes “I’m ready to go home I’ve been here ALL day” with the other workers laughing. No have a nice day, thanks for coming in or anything.This time we got to the store 15 mins before closing as 3 customers came out and after leaving, 2 people went in 5 mins before the store closed. Meanwhile we got there 15 mins early and the heavy set woman and a worker in a cutoff tank top, (didn’t look work appropriate for his attire) are both outside smoking and the heavy set woman goes “just to let u know we’re closing in 15 mins”. Ok? I know the hours of the store.When we went inside she also told a woman who I saw with a shopping cart looking like she was rushing even tho she had almost 20 mins to shop, goes “you have ____ mins”. Again reminding another customer when the store is closing. If you ask me it’s very pushy and rude. Prior to her telling this customer inside this, she stood outside the front of the store with two workers smoking telling customers when the store is closing making them feel rushed.no greeting saying “hi how are you today” while entering or leaving the store is poor customer service. Then the same gentleman in the cut off black tank top was bagging with the other young man with blonde hair (the cashier was complaining about his breaks) meanwhile the store looks trashed, very disorganized and dirty.Im not one to complain about stores but the employees do not make you feel welcome, they act strange and make you feel like u have to run around to grab your items… All they seem to care about is their cigarette breaks, disregard the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, and leaving early as they can.I don’t see anyone sweeping the floors or going through with a cart to fix up areas in the store. Meanwhile the whole place looks like it needs to be taken care of. SERIOUSLY.This store is already receiving poor reviews, on google reviews for this location…. so you might want to get some new employees that actually greet your customers and take care of the appearance of the store. It hasn’t changed since I’ve been in there a week ago.

My girlfriend just started working there today. She is not being trained properly. Her coworkers are treating her poorly. And the manager did nothing about a hostile customer. I will be speaking to someone about this. This dollar tree clearly needs new management who does not neglect the workers.

Man behind register was double charging people. I heard it happen to another lady while I was shopping and thought it was just a mistake. When he was cashing me out, he double scanned multiple items and stated “I am giving you the dollar deal” but was not scanning any card or touching a machine. I had a couple behind me who was “vouching” for him and saying how they couldn’t do his job because of how rude/annoying people are (referring to me making a simple statement about him double scanning multiple items). The couple seemed aggressive and the young man was agreeing with them and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I just paid ($35 for about 10 “dollar” items) and left. Later, after thinking about it, he was most likely overcharging people and then refunding cash to himself. I was alone and very uncomfortable in the situation. I will never go back after that. So watch out for the young man with the double scan lol.

While the store was well stocked and I found everything I was looking for, the trip was a bit of a disappointment. There was 1 gentleman running the register, and when I entered the line there was 5 people in front of me. Quickly more people joined the waiting line, having a train wrap down an aisle. The gentleman running the register was calm and doing a great job, but you could tell he desperately needed help. Help was not arriving until 2pm, so he was left to fend for himself. My total wait time came to 11 minutes.

Lots of fun & handy stuff here!!! Tons of snack too!!! Ladies were great & very helpful...My only complaint is that the aisles need serious organization...One of my pet peeves...Just saying...🤯

I love this place because at least half the stuff is the same things you could get at Walmart and such stores, but only $1. Huge savings. Good cleaning supplies. Lots of gift bags and all that. Plus they have tons of random goodies. Speaking of goodies, they usually have an AMAZING assortment of candy. Only downfall is it's always very messy in there. It's kind of understanding because they have a lot of stuff.

I would give more stars but some of the shelves were not stocked. Normally the store has everything neatly placed and fully stocked. It is also the day before Valentines and people can be a bit messy.

Working here has shown me that there is really no emphasis put on caring for the products sold here. Boxes are often thrown around in the backroom and haphazardly stacked and brought out to the floor. Some employees are great, but most are negative and unwilling to help.

It's a very nice store it just didn't have some of my craft things that I was looking for probably they're just not out yet I'll go back in a couple weeks and look again the people are very friendly all in all I love the Dollar Tree

They're understaffed and work very hard here I can't believe they raise the price up but didn't change the name they should try to figure it out I'm sure things are cheap enough she'll sell them for a dollar but you got corporate trying to put extra billion dollars in their pockets that are already full of billions of dollars.

The floor was a disaster with shipment stacked all over. Hard to maneuver, but staff was friendly and offered assistance so considering it's black Friday weekend end they get a pass for all the extra merchandise all over.
