On at least six occasions, the price shown doesn't match the price when you cash out. It's usually 20,30 cents more. Today, a six pack of bounty paper towels rang out a dollar more than the ticketed price.Also, never enough employees. Always understaffed.Stop being greedy, hire some people and pay them a livable wage.

Since the change over with store managers items are harder to get to with carts in the way and isles are crowded with overflow. Makes for a difficult time getting items needed. Staffing although friendly is grossly lacking to keep the store properly maintained and straightened. Overall prices are great but much needed improvement in staffing and accessibility to merchandise would be appreciated.

I have to give it a 3-star rating just because of the price. Everything is so inexpensive. We just got a dollar store down the road from my house about a year ago. Before that we always had to go to the convenience store, next door, which was way overpriced compared to Dollar General. I don't like that the store is always in disarray but I assume they keep their prices low because they only have couple employees working at one time . therefore, not the manpower to keep the store in shape. I try not to buy bread or rolls they are because they are kind of stale, but in a pinch they will do.

Why on December 22nd 2022 at 8:30pm was the beekmantown ny dollar general closed for an hour for the employees lunch??? With the doors locked why so that employee only has a half hour left to there day.... Something needs to be done about this by corporate office asap

Always check your bags before you leave here, I always seem to pay for stuff that never makes it in my bag... happened more than I'd like to admit. I've called as soon as I realized each time only to be told I'm in the wrong and nothing was left behind. SUPER FRUSTRATING. I've learned to double check my bags before leaving the store. Every. Single. Time.

Saves a trip into town. Have a lot of every day use items, like laundry detergent, some food products (bread, milk, canned and frozen foods, chips, soda) kitchen items (tin foil, saran wrap, napkins, paper towels) In winter - shovels, salt, snow scrapers... Too much to list... And good prices!

Chazy dollar General is one of best been to.never alot of people there.an shelves always stocked.an if any empty .the employees are always working.jenna is always working an she treats us real nice when we go there.if we can't find something they take us to where it is.they don't just point.they go extra mile

I shop Dollar General often. Today they had empty spots on the shelves. What i'm told is they have merchandise in the back to be brought out. while there three girls were stockibg the cigarettes. Even if training it doesn't take three people. One lady complained. But it wasn't like the line was down the aisle.

Place has gotten too crowded with carts of product to be put up.. A handicapped person can't access these aisles.. Also the lines are aweful they know when rush hour is but still leave cashier to fend for themselves

Greatest thing to happen in Beekmantown since the Dairy Shoppe opened decades ago. Awesome variety of just about everything. Always clean & organized. No alcohol sold.

I love the convenience of the store! Hate the fact that there is always tons of stuff on carts and in the way to get what you need and constantly out of things, weeks at a time!
